Your Energy Channels are not blocked but they are partially obstructed.

Your Energy should be able to flow both upward and downward in a smooth easy flow.

Yours is bumpy.

Also, your Consciousness and Awareness are not yet joined into your Energy. You should be able to experience your Energy as Light. but your energy is in the dark. Meditation and Introspection would probably help in bring Light and Awareness to your Energy Channels.

And sometimes it only take maturity... getting a bit older. I remember when I was growing up -- in the morning I would lace on my shoes and would keep them on my feet until it came to time to go to sleep. I never even considered that they might be 'uncomfortable' -- I was simply unaware and unconscious of even these external aspects of my body. So of course I would have had absolutely not the slightest awareness of any internal energy flows. So I suspect that young people today are really not practiced in being aware of what is happening within their bodies, especially in regards to the subtle energy channels.

The dream you describe is quite common... falling, darkness, hitting stuff...

It's hard to give a more specific interpretation without knowing more about you and your life, but these sorts of dreams USUALLY tend to suggest a feeling of lack of control, helplessness?
