I had a really disturbing dream tonight taht I hope someone here can help me interpret. It kind of reminded me of a reocurring dream I used to have a few years ago. In that dream, my blood coagulated in my veins and my heart "exploded", and I was desperate to find an ambulace but no one would help me.

This dream was a bit different, but amost worse.
It started out at a friends house, and I was reaching up to the top of her refridgerator to get something. When i got down, I noticed a small, bloody "bulge" near my bellybutton. I went to the bathroom to check what it was, and on my way there more bulges appeared on my body. They were about the size of oranges, but filled with dark red blood and throbbing with pain. One appeared on my left thigh and made it hard for me to walk. I also noticed my throat was closing up ( I have mild asthma) and thought i must have come in contact with something highly allergenous.

I asked my friends to call an ambulance, but no one reacted to my calls. One of them came and gave me a pat on the back, which resulted in that a large patch of skin fell of and revealed pink, soary flesh. Now all of my skin started peeling off, my back, my arms, my face. The skin in my face also seemed to dry up and then fall off in the form of flakes.
I started to panic but still no one reacted.

Now what can this mean? It feels very symbolic to me but I have no idea how to interpret it.

I once had a similer dream about leeches all over me and no one caring. about the whole flesh thing, maby you feel like you are "litteraly" falling apart.

It could be your mind telling you that you need to change something fundamental about yourself. "Shedding your skin" - turning over a new leaf.. be reborn etc..

Is there a part of you emotionally or psychologically that needs fixing/changing?
