      Dream about being taken away from my boyfriend..

      I had a dream that another guy took me away from my boyfriend. I was walking with my boyfriend and a really hot guy with short, curly blonde hair walks up to me, says nothing, grabs my left hand and removes my boyfriend's ring, which is on my ring finger, and puts his own in place of it. He wouldn't let me out of his sight and for some odd reason I was clingy in a sense, I wanted to be close to him. He took me to what I'm guessing was his house and he started kissing me. Then, I don't know why, we did it. I never met the guy before but he wouldn't let me out of his sight. My boyfriend however, wasn't happy,he came in while we were doing it but I don't remember what happened because I woke up.

      I love my boyfriend to pieces and we would like to get married someday. I can't think of being with another guy besides him. He means the world to me.
      I would appreciate any help with this dream because it really freaked me out. I hope it doens't mean we're going to break up or I'm going to leave him for someone else. I love him too much to do that to him.

      Well first of all, it depends on whether you litteraly mean you can't imagine being with anyone else besided him. That is to say: maybe you (are starting to) have feeling for someone else. You might or might not be consciously aware of this.

      If you can honestly assure yourself that the above is out of the question (after considering if there's anyone else you know whom you might fall in love with), then it might have been a deep fear for being taken away from him that caused this dream.
      Dreams depend largely on two things: expecation and motivation. The motivation part means that you are likely to dream about things you'd really like, or things you'd really hate. Just like in any standard nightmare when you hide from a monster thinking "I hope it doesn't find me", only to have it spot you immediately.
      If this is the case, then you should consider this dream to be just another dream (or maybe nightmare) with no deeper meaning whatsoever. To be honest, I think this is by far the most likely option.

      Finally, some people would say it could be a prophetic dream. Meaning it shows you something that will happen in the future. There is no evidence whatsoever for the existence and I personally don't believe they exist. In fact, I'm just trying to state every option, but I may be just needlessly scaring you with this one, so I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.

      Honestly, I would ask myself if there's anyone else you might be falling in love with, and if you aren't, then you shouldn't worry about it.
