Thread: Godzilla!

Well I had this dream last night and it really stuck out to me when I woke up.

It had such an intense storyline (unlike most of my dreams) that I really think it may have had some hidden meaning behind it
I can't find it though so I'm posting it here.

-I appear to be in the old store I used to work in, I feel very paranoid

The atmosphere in the store seems very "odd", I couldn't put my finger on it at the time but looking back it was a definite nightmare atmosphere

-Hey, wow! the two twins from the harry potter series are in the store with me, they seem to be playing hide and go seek or something.

-Shit! one of them noticed me!

I begin jumping on top of entire shelves hopping over isles.

Scene fast forwards to 20 minutes later

Twin1: "Hey did either of you see that big T-rex walking through here a second ago?"

Twin2: "No, what are you talking about? You must be imagining things"

I begin to look around the area searching for any footprints. I soon see some grey imprints near the milk section of the store. They lead into the back room.

-"I don't think he's kidding Twin2... we need to get out of here."

suddenly I switch bodies. I somehow know that my previous body just got eaten.

Scene changes to apartment complex

-Omg, for some reason the godzillas from the distant past have begun to destroy humanity, I'm with the last survivors in some apartment complex. We're trying to figure out what to do.

Random leader guy: "People! we have to stick together if we're going to survive!, our telemetry tells us that they will be here in about three min..."

A very loud crashing noise sounds throughout the facility

-FUCK! what was that!?!?

The hundred or so people that are standing in this small lobby begin to scream

Body Switch: I'm up a staircase about 2 minutes before attack

An old man begins to talk to me, he's about 80

Elderly man: "These monsters are intelligent, last time I had to fight them..."

His words turn into a movie scene, I'm him at a much younger age. We're being attacked at the same staircase

Me/elder: "You bastards! come and get me!"

The people below me are being mutilated by small rapter-like Godzilla's. All I can hear is screaming.
The wall right infront of me explodes, a massive head reaches in and tears my screaming friend in half -- its seen me.

-SHIT!!!

I dive with all my strength foward, towards the staircase leading down.
Just then, two separate massive heads rip through the ceiling and wall right where I was.

Elders movie ends, I'm back at the staircase in the present

I once again hear the the random leader guy yelling and then hear an explosion, this time its above me.

-"HOW MANY LEVELS ARE IN THIS BUILDING!?!"

Elderly man: "915! You see! I told you they learn! They thought we would be up top since we were below last time!"

I'm suddenly back in my previous ground floor body

sweet lucidity overtakes me. Its very small though, in my present state of terror and dehydration I don't even think about fighting

-I can't do this, I can't get EATEN ALIVE!!! I need to kill myself.

I run into a room at the edge of the huge place we're in (note: I honestly think I was delirious at this point due to my real life dehydration, when I woke up I was so dehydrated that I had to force water down because I couldn't hold it in)

-"AIEEEEEEEEE!" I know what I'll do, I'll just crush these baby food jars and send my mind into them! they won't mess with applesauce!!!

I begin to smash jars of babyfood with my feet and try to send my consciousness into them. All the while I can hear screaming and loud crashing noises outside my door.

Explosion, I'm suddenly at a space station without lucidity.

New leader guy: "We can use our teleporters to escape our enemies! As you know, they take about 10 seconds to charge for teleportation, so when you hear them begin their attack PRESS YOUR BUTTONS!!"

I look around and notice that unlike before, most people around here seem to have hope in their eyes. They sense that they can beat these guys.
I also suddenly know that we're really the last, and also that our teleports only work once. After that we're on our own.

New leader guy: "Ok, they're gonna hit in about 10 seconds, ACTIVATE YOUR TELEPORTERS!!!"

I see everyone around me hitting a button on the badges they all seem to be wearing, I do the same.

-Wow, I'm about to be 120 miles away from here in a couple seconds. People are disappearing into clouds of blue all around me.

I feel nothing as my body evaporates out of this incredible space station and then reappears on the ground hundreds of miles away

Some guy: "WHATS HAPPENING TO THE STATION!?!?"

I look up at it, and see thats its very metallic, its center is very curvy and looks extremely futuristic.
Around it is a huge outer tubelike section in the shape of an ellipse, a small ring is floating around this tube scanning it.

-"Whats wrong with the ring!?"

The ring begins to smash into the tubelike ellipse, suddenly a massive searchlight shines out of it searching the ground.
Its looking for us

Some other guy: "They took it over! They FUCKING took it over!!!"

Just then, the spotlight/scanning device finds us.
The explosions that we could previously see stop. Silence

Woman: "AAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!"

Man: "They're teleporting!?! HOW THE HELL ARE THEY TELEPORTING!?"

I look to my left and see a massive ten story Godzilla standing alone.
Out of nowhere two huge blue plumes of smoke start to form around it.
I run for my life towards a nearby Building.

Temp leader: "INTO THE CAVES! INTO THE CAVES GOD DAMMIT!"

-How did they teleport?! They're fucking dinosaurs! HOW DID THEY TELEPORT?!!?

I join a group of 6 other people and begin to sprint down these big futuristic metal tunnels, explosions are still ringing in my ears.
Screaming, lots of screaming.

Man: "BEHIND US!"

A smaller 30 ft Zilla has caught up to us, A busload of people drive frantically infront of us and are thrown into the ocean by the now seemingly telekenetic Godzillas.
Time actually stops. The Zillas don't

-They can stop time now? We can't even do that.

I hear a voice in the back of my head, its the biggest Godzilla speaking directly into my mind.

Grandaddy Godzilla: Your species has learned to teleport, this is the step that we have been waiting for. We have come to give you knowledge. You will soon be able to manipulate time just as you manipulate space.

The dream ends.

Also all through the dream I was in a state of complete terror
