Dream Views Supermarket

I had a really strange and disturbing dream, well more like a nightmare this morning. I thought I would share it with everyone since it is Dream Views related. I have my own ideas of the meanings, but I’ll let you enjoy it unbiased.

I was having a conversation with Icedawg, we were in a small grocery store. He told me that he had contracted with someone named Mary and that we would have a small refrigerated section in the store that would contain Dream Views labeled food. I was excited, finally, some really good visibility in the real world!

We walked to the refrigerated section and there was a long row of storage, room for all kinds of items. It was a good feeling.

Then I noticed there was water all over the floor. Huge pools of water, I grabbed a broom and several other DV members grabbed brooms as well. No matter how hard we worked, it seemed that we could not get all the water out. We worked for hours.

Sometime while we were working, some kind of “shift” happened. We were no longer selling a few items, the store was now the “Dream Views” market. THEY HAD STOLEN OUR IDENTITY!

A famous movie star visited the store, Brad Pitt, I’m pretty sure. He was not interested in lucid dreaming at all. All he wanted to do is talk to the store manager.

I began to notice other changes. There were mannequins dressed to party. They each had the letters “DV” tattooed in the center of their foreheads, just above the eyes. One of them, a well dressed female mannequin came to life and began singing. I held my broom up to her microphone in an effort to get her to shut up! It was getting to be too much to bear. Dream Views had been perverted into something totally unrecognizable. She pushed my broom away and continued singing.

I hung my head and walked to the door. We had lost it, Dream Views was no longer a cool lucid dreaming site, it was a supermarket.

I'm sorry, I read the last line first and it really made my laugh out loud for a second.

But interesting dream there. I don't really know what else to say though, everyone is going to come to their own interpretations of that. I think it'll be very hard to approach this without bias.

Nope, but I fear my subconcious is O_O

I wonder if this dream may have been sparked by the sight of some of these Google ads on our site.

Why do you fear that your subconcious is trying to tell you something? Why do you fear it?

I'm going with Tornado Joes comment. Your subconscious may have taken it a bit over the edge I think. If it gets too much we'll start a riot!

well shops can signify the things that you wish that you could have and the options available to you. In general dreams link to reality and can mirro the verty fantasies and thoughts that you have. So this dream could capture the things that you wish to gain from dreamviews but the ways in whioch those wishes have been perverted and thwarted. I try to reduce a dream to a quote as a quote captures a conceptual feeling and dreams capture ideas and similaer conceptual ideas and feelings. Perhaps this dream cpatures this idea

"I was so positive about this lucid dreaming but actually its not that good. I tend to let my fantasoes loose - thats all. its not real mind exploratuion"
