      Recurring Character in Dream

      Over the past couple of nights, i have been dreaming about a friend, and things that keep on reminding me of her. The thing is, we aren't good friends or anything any more, but why do i still keep on dreaming about her? I would appreciate it if someone would help me realize why i am dreaming about her. Some things are, since shes a drummer, i am always playing the drums in my dreams, and then she turns up and talks to me, in one dream she was reading from a piece of paper.
      Thats all i can remember. Sorry if thats too little.

      It's very normal and people here report opposite-sex friend dream characters a lot, sometimes with a degree of eroticism. Sounds like you feel very comfortable with her and connect with her. More accurately, you are in touch with a part of yourself that your unconscious illustrates as this person.

      Note: (mindful you don't say if you're a him or a her) It doesn't mean (necessarily) that you would make a good partnership with this person.
