Sleeping family and fences blown down

This dream initially featured daughter #2 although the content has faded.

Next I recall arriving at the house I grew up in when I was a teenager. Something was going on at the door, but again that part has faded. Walking further into the house I could see the dining room. Three people were in there, asleep upright on the dining chairs. One was a child, possibly daughter #2, another was someone of adult/parent age which could have been me and another was my nana (maternal grandmother). The generations seemed to have been crossed somewhere as the montage was definitely 3 generations not 4 as the genealogy suggests.

I'm next upstairs in my old bedroom. I look out of the window to the back garden and see that the fences have all blown down creating one continuous scene of devastation across neighbouring gardens.
      And that was about it.

I know I have a lot to say about other people's dreams but I'd appreciate any thoughts on this curious piece of dreamscape.

      Thanks
      Bu

It is your yearning for your familiars and yourself to break down all the barriers and become one. The devastation was your fear of chaos in this matter.

      Hello,
Couldn’t your generational idea be a little mixed up, because you were at the home your inhabited when “YOU were a teenager” so the third generation represented at the dining table was your mother, because you were a teenager then. They are asleep at the table which means they are oblivious as to what is going on. You are looking out the back window from your bedroom, which means you are looking into your private life (front yard is public life) there is a garden, but you don’t say what condition it is in. The fences which represent protection or boundaries has been blown over and you have already recognized that this represents destruction. This should be looked at from a very personal point of view because you were looking out from your bedroom. The key is that something has removed your personal protection/boundary and you are now vulnerable. This happened in your teen years, because you are in the home of your past, and this is your time marker/symbol in your dream. What happened was something that the rest of your generations have been inappropriately oblivious to, as it is inappropriate to sleep at the place of family gathering and nurturing …....at the dining room table.

Sounds highly plausible. But as I had the dream so long ago it's hard to re-connect to my feelings and thoughts at the time.
Not sure what eracaesura is up to!

It might be profitable to spend time thinking about you at that age, and what it was that made you feel vulnerable/unsafe that your family didn't know about.

Well there are quite a few things - I was a teen at the time. Yes, I dream of that house much more than any other. I'll find a more recent dream as that one was posted over 3 years ago.
