Thread: I can't understand

Hey guys, I had my second ever LD last night, but before I managed to realise I was dreaming (I used the "examing the hands habit" one) I was running along a plain grass field with my girlfriend, we were being chased by ghosts, the sun was just setting fast behind us and everywhere had a dark golden glow from the sun, at the end of the grass field was a tall dead bush that extended for miles, off into the distance.

When we got to it there was no way past and the entire bush was made of huge thick thorns as long as my arm, so we couldn't get through, but we were being chased so I panicked and pushed my arms into the bush and rustled all the thorns away as fast as I could, my arms got cut up really badly and blood was everywhere and the hole was too small so I ran as hard as I could into the bush with my whole body to make a gap big enough for Nikki to get through.

It worked and we both went through and I was covered in thorns from head to toe bleeding badly, we ran accross to huge abandoned infirmary (hospital), a few weeks ago, my friend and I broke into a derelict hospital a few weeks ago, it's very spooky looking inside, this is where the idea came into my dream.
But we went inside and locked the door behind us, making our way up the stairs, we got to the part which wasnt damaged, a posh staircase and fancy wallpaper etc, we stopped and looked through a book on a shelf when we heard doors slamming quickly behind us, we ran off through another door where we saw a spiralling staircase, I made Nikki go infront and she ran down as I followed, when I looked behind me the banshee things were at the top and swooping down, at that time I turned round and did my reality check (What a convenient time ) my hands weren't there and there were breadsticks falling all over the floor from where my arms should have been Haha, hence I realised, and the stairs collaped into a beach on an island and the ghosts had gone.

Thanks for reading, I don't understand it Normally I have loads of ideas of what my dreams mean... But the thorns and the field are just beyond me.
If it helps, me and my girlfriend have been together for about 5 months now and the past week we have been a bit stressed out because of other people.
I can only think that maybe the ghosts chasing us were representing our discomfort of the troubles we both have, and maybe I'm just scared of losing her?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
