      Very frightening nightmare

Alright, I've gotten very little sleep in the last couple of days. Today I was very tired, so when I got home from school I decided to rest. Instead of falling asleep, I decided to just let myself trance out and meditate

Halfway through the meditation something terrifying happened (at this point I was in a deep trance, with no real intent to project. I was stimulated my energy body however, and got a very powerful surge at one point). First off, I immediately entered some kind of dream/vision/projection. I was sitting on a chair in a room which reminded me of my childhood bedroom. I was holding a small doll, about the size of my forearm. This doll was a very unique one, and was very similar to a doll which I had when I was little. It was made of cloth, and the face consisted of a hood with big, black eyes, and a mouth that was similar to that of a jack'o'latern. I remember thinking in the vision that a close friend of mine had entered some kind of magnificent, yet terrifying, vision by asking the doll. I thought in my mind that I wanted to experience this vision, and all of the sudden the dolls mouth stretched downwards, and said something about life and death, which I remember was very unsettling. Then, when I opened my mouth, a massive amount of white smoke came out. The room began to fill with white smoke/fog, and it was coming out of every orifice in my body. I quickly became very afraid, and realized I had become paralyzed. I quickly calmed myself, and with the intent of breaking the paralysis, I focused all of my will into moving my body. By this point I knew I was in some kind of dream, and I desperately wanted to wake myself up. I managed to break the paralysis before anything else happened, and immediately came to.

Afterwards, I had a moderate headache and felt very irritable.

Several times I've entered into OBEs or dreams very suddenly from the trance state, and they were always extremely intense and frightening. This was by far the strangest and scariest.

I'm concerned about what this dream/vision or whatever could have meant.

      Thanks and peace,
      wer

Wow, that sounds crazy. I don't know if I'm on the right track here, but could it have been a dream-like interpretation of you entering sleep paralysis? Either way thats just nuts right there.

Is it possible that in waking life you are keen to experiment more with things such as OBE and LD and other psychic phenomena but you are afraid because you havent got a protective mechanism?

Do you believe that you could be harmed by unknown forces ?

I believe its possible, yet unlikely, that I could be harmed by negative forces. However, right now, I feel like I would be very vulnerable to a psychic attack.

I don't know though. I think it was just a dream... so right now, I'm trying to decipher its meaning.
