Thread: Recurring dream that isn't scary per se, but...

For the past two-three years, I've been having this dream sporadically; it isn't exactly a nightmare, but - I just have this sense of unease whenever I try to take it apart.

In the dream, I was around five years old, living in the same condo I lived in back when I was young - my parents, relatives and grandparents (all adults or elders) were with me, and we were putting on our shoes, about to go somewhere. Everything seemed pretty ordinary, except everyone (excluding myself) was wearing a blindfold around their eyes. They were all smiling/laughing/etc, and suddenly crowded around me to tickle me.

Er - it sounds rather ridiculous, but the tickling wasn't goofy or comfortable. There was a sense of claustrophobia-like fear (although I'm pretty sure I'm not claustrophobic), of losing control over the situation, and I remember feeling extremely uneasy whenever I woke up the morning after. Nowadays, whenever I watch horror movies, I get chills whenever someone's masked or blindfolded.

I have great relationships with my relatives, so - any ideas on what this could mean?
