New to all of this, and need a bit of help.

I hope I can give enough information to get some sort of clarification on this...

First, a little information about myself. I'm 20 year old, and currently live with my boyfriend and his parents. We've been together for almost 2 years now, and Our relationship is a bit rocky to say the least.

I'm adopted, and have many siblings that I've yet to meet, along with my parents who i refuse to contact, even though they try to reach me. On the other hand, My adoptive parents who I've known basically since birth, are the parents of 3 biological children, and then myself. My eldest brother has Three daughters, The second brother is the black sheep of the family and the youngest of the brothers is married with no children. My Three Nieces I love dearly, and helped with raising when their mother left. I was only 13 when she took off.

Now that we have those basis covered, On to the dream.

In the dream, its starts as any other day. Beautiful and warm. Then the sky starts to turn, a darkish green, no smell, no rain, just one cloud. My boyfriend, being sincerely scared of tornadoes starts to panic. The News declares a tornado headed right for us, and calls Me out by name. "Danielle, there is a tornado headed right for you. Take cover." When he panics, I panic as well, but its organized chaos, I'm the one gathering the family. I run to get his brother, and his parents, and then my family shows up out of no where. My Two brothers (The black sheep of the family is never part of my dreams) Along with my sister in law, my three nieces and my parents. They all turn to me for guidance. *I found that to be out of the normal, because they never acknowledge my opinions on things.*

So with all of them standing there, looking at me for the answers, I make the decision to try and out run it. Not by car of course, that would be too easy, No, we always take off on foot. (I've had many variations of this dream, always with tornadoes and the family, but this is the one i can recall most.) So out the door we go, My father takes the lead after I point him in the direction to run, and I help out my nieces. (Ages 12, 9, and 7) My boyfriend protects his brother While the bunch of us run into a tree line. Some how, we thought the trees would protect us, but as soon as we get into the trees there's a clearing, and we see the funnel. Its dark, and grey, but its forming from just one dark cloud. The rest of the sky has now returned to being bright blue, with little white puffy clouds surrounding it. We're all in a panic, and I can feel the weight of every ones fears on my shoulders. I must protect them. So we turn back around, and run again. I take the lead with my father and my boyfriends father right behind me. I have my youngest niece in my arms by this point and My mothers hand. My boyfriend holding his mother and brother, and My brother Eric, holds his wife's hand, and my brother Jason holds my other two nieces hands.

We're all running as fast as we can. And I decide the best place to go is the pond behind our house. But much like it is in real life, its surrounded by a fence that half of my family, in real life couldn't climb due to weight issues, even if there really was a tornado. But none the less, Up and over one by one goes the family. Then the path that we had ran up, turns into a slope, Leaving half of my family (My boyfriends mother, and father, My youngest niece, and my brother and sister in law) Scrambling to get up the hill. The tornado gains ground on us, and i tell everyone on the other side to get into the water. This whole time I stayed by the fence to help people get on the other side. Now I turn to those left on the slope, and help them up. First is My boyfriends father, who helps me with his wife. The two of them scramble to get over the fence, and I help my sister in law up, and then my brother, Completely forgetting about the youngest member of our family still trying her little heart out to get up the hill. Amazingly by this point, I have like 5 different angles on all that is happening. I can see the family on the other side, finding the lowest spot to ensure safety, and I can see my niece fighting her way up, as though I'm hovering over her, I can see the fear on everyone's face, as though is was a close up in a scary movie.

I watch as my brother and sister in law climb over the fence, and are helped by my boyfriends father. And I quickly turn my attention to my niece, who by this point has given up, and watches at the tornado gets closer and closer. Her eyes are huge, and shes completely frozen in fear. I grab her up, and do my best to climb the hill with her grabbed on to me like a baby monkey holds on to its mother. (Arms around my neck, legs around my waist, and hanging under me) As soon as I reach the top and stop to look back at what use to be our neighbor hood, everything is gone. Completely VANISHED. No trace of anything. Just dirt. But the tornado is still very much there, and gaining ground fast. I hand my niece over to my brother and climb the fence, and into the water. I tell everyone to get down, and the wind from the tornado starts to push the water back. My family can be heard screaming as we all cling to each other. I look up, and see its closer then ever now. I warn them that its coming, "here we go, its close!" i say, as we all grasp to each other tighter. The wind picks up, and everyone scrambles for a piece of earth to hold on to, and just when we're all about to get picked up and tossed into the air... It stops. Everyone is gone but me. The sky instantly turns back to normal, the neighbor hood is back, but the pond is completely empty. I stand in this whole completely alone, while life around me continues as normal. I can see my boyfriend and his mother standing on the back porch smoking, as if it had never happened. I climb out of the whole, and over the fence into our back yard, and onto the porch. I take a smoke, and stand around with them talking about daily stuff. But I remember what had just happened, I just don't mention it, and no longer seem to care. Then my boyfriend and his mother go into the house, and My boyfriend looks at me as though he's saying good bye.

      And I wake up.

I've had many dreams like this. Of course they very from pond to river, to basement, to abandoned building, and the last straggler changes only from my Niece to my boyfriend. In every dream, everyone mentioned is always in them, and we are always being chased by the tornado.

I hope that I gave enough information about myself, and others, for someone to help. If I haven't, I'll be sure to answer any questions to better help you help me.

      Thanks in advance.

      Danielle.

Is your family a tornado? With emotions running all over the place? Do you feel like your the only one who can see the confrontations and trying to keep them at bay and hold it all together?
