Thread: Gone Fishing

Had a dream about going fishing and I hooked a big fat fish. I Started reeling it in and I could see it splashing about only feet away from me. Then I get confused and start spinning reel the wrong way letting out more line. Eventually I figure it out and pull it in. A few friends were with me and seeing how big the fish was I was surprised no one was injured by it when bringing it in. When looking at it the color was a beautiful light green along the sides and light blue on top and bottom separated by a silvery white. We pulled the hook out and the fish and it jerked a little. My friends and I marveled at the size and pending feast we were going to have.

Thinking about it now I think I might have deciphered the dream myself.
I've been out of college with an Associates degree for 6 months and have been strapped for cash working menial jobs to pay the rent. I've had a few disloyal employers and some thought to be "dream jobs" go under because of the current economic climate. I recently applied for a position at a very large international company that seems to fit all my skills and interests. They haven't contacted me in 2 weeks and I have contacted them once over the phone and once with a follow up letter by fax since speaking with the senior Human Resources Rep and faxing over my resume. I guess I'm just confused because I've done everything that I can with no results and I really don't want this opportunity to "get off the hook" so easily.
