Thread: Most Disturbing Dream

Hello all,

I am new to the site and have had the most violent/disturbing dream I have ever experienced. I am having a hard time ridding these images in my head and need to know what it all means. I will try not to go into extreme detail as best as I can but some of the "incidents" in my dream may be hard for people to stomach, so I am making this disclaimer for those people before they read on. The dream jumps around alot so I will try my best to put it in the order of events. Here goes..

I was back home at my parents house in NY and a female neighbor, around my age whom I've never met, invites my girlfriend & I over to hang out. We go over and get to know each other and she invites us to come back over when it gets warmer to sit around the fire with everybody. She leaves the room for a minute and I notice disturbing images of beastiality and child molestation on her TV. There are other people in the house and I yell "Do you see this? What the hell is this all about?" And everyone just brushes it off as if I am overreacting. Somebody laughs and says "Why are you getting all worked up?"

The owners wife at the company I work for in CA, whom I've never spoke to before, walks in and casually lays on the bed. I introduce myself. I ask her what she thought of a project I had recently done for her company, and she says "It is starting to grow on me" and she goes over a few things she would have changed about it. We then walk outside together into a big pavilion type setting with people all rushing to grab a seat for at the time I thought was for a meeting of some sort. I wasn't sure if I should sit or leave.

My father, a singer, walks into the room and tells me he is performing for these people. The people begin to get loud and rowdy as they spot him. For some reason he decides to change his outfit in the middle of everyone while I try to cover him up with a jacket. People start getting more rowdy and obnoxious, a few people start throwing things. Security comes over to try and protect us. I spot a morbidly obese man throwing objects at us and I make security aware of this and I say "Why aren't you doing anything about this?" Now this is where it gets disturbing..

They take the obese man out into the harbor strip him naked and shoot him dead. He is now floating in the water. I turn back and my father is missing and now a pregnant woman is in his place giving birth at my feet. I refuse to look as it is too gruesome to watch. There is blood all over the place. It looks like the woman had a miscarriage. Now I see my father again and he is about 70 years old and is threatening to kill me for some reason. I come to the conclusion he has gone completely mad and run away from him luring him into traffic hoping he gets hit by a truck. He does. I then, get somebody to film me pretending to get hit by a car (i dont know what that is all about).

It is now the next day, and I realize what has happened and proceed to drive down a green path in the country where I assume I was going to commit suicide but I then wake up.

If somebody could give me some insight on this it would be greatly appreciated. What does this all mean?
