Weird (sexual) dream

Last night I had a really weird dream, which has been keeping my mind occupied, wondering what it was all about, for the past 12 hours. First, let me say, that I am a guy (mid 20s), and I work in a stressful office environment with a lot of colleagues, that have lately (due to amount of work and current lack of relationship) become maybe 90% of my social contacts.
The dream included real people from my office, and was focused on a female colleague, who is sitting right next to me. I daresay we are friends, we do not talk much about our personal lives, but we have a very good workplace relationship, help each other when needed, joke, have lunch together (mostly at the office), etc. I know she has a very serious boyfriend, whom I have only seen once, never spoken to. I like her, but I do not think I have romantic interest towards her, at least not a conscious one. The other 3 people present in the dream were male colleagues. In the beginning of the dream apparently she lost some sort of bet (I am not really sure if it actually was a bet, it wasn't apparent), and had to show me and one of the other guys her breasts. The other guys was first, I did not dream the actual scene where she shows him her chest. After that I walked into a room, where she was, she took her shirt off, and showed me her breasts, which in real life are maybe size D, but in the dream were a lot smaller. She invited me to touch them, because I was very hesitant, and she told me I had 30 seconds time.
Her invitation wasn't an enthusiastic one, it somehow felt as if we both were forced into it. I reached my hand for her right breast and felt it, then touched the nipple. She asked me if I find her breasts big (them being small in the dream). I said they were at least size C to complement her, and started sucking on the nipple. I do not remember most details, but I think we both liked it, and I laid her down on a bed, and started french kissing her, to which she responded, despite the assumption in the dream that she was only supposed to show me her breasts. When the kissing started, I woke up. It was about 8 o'clock in the morning.

Any ideas what this dream means?

According to Freud, the dreams tell us a lot about our subconcious. You mention that you don't think you have an interest in her. Judging from the dream, I would say that you probably have some sort of interest in her. In the dream it is possible that your mind gets an outflow for what you really feel about this girl. It could be something something plain sexual, or it could mean that you actually have some more serious feelings for her. I've never had a sex dream where I'm with some random girl I don't like at all. I always know them and have some sort of feelings for them. I want to remind you that I'm speaking from my personal experiences here, and there is no truth when it comes to dreams since they aren't bound to a logical pattern. Personally, I've experienced that I can never manage to keep a really close friendship with a female without falling in love with her at some point. I hoped that answer helped you out.

Thank for the reply, XeL. I myself thought that my dream is giving away some hidden feelings I have. However, the very composition of the dream was very unusual for me. Most of the time I either have nightmares or dreams about fictional movies with start and end credits

There is probably only a few times in my life that I remember of, when I dream about kissing a woman (fictional or a really existing one). On the next day I end up depressed, because it always occurs at a time of my life, when I am solo. But this time was very different, because I am feeling fine on the next day, and I don't feel even the slightest increase in attraction to this girl (except maybe wondering what a kiss with her will feel like

). I was rather hoping the little details in the dream would bare some symbolical or psychological meaning, that I do not understand. Like for example, why she is giving me 30 seconds to touch her, or why her breasts in the dream were smaller than in real life, why she asks if I find them big, and so on. I am a really bad judge of character, even my own, so I really appreciate any suggestions or input on that dream. I am actually even considering telling the girl about it, though I am not sure what kind of effect it would have on our relations.

I might be stuck up with one point here, but maybe 30 seconds has something to do with the limited time you have to show your interest in her. Like if you dont tell her how you really feel within a certain timespan, nothing will happend between the two of you. Maybe the breast thing has something to do with you accepting her for who she is? Im just throwing out guesses here. Personally, I dont belive that different events in dreams have a firm meaning thats the same for everyone. Its just a bunch of associations in one big mess. I can usually relate what happens in my dreams to something in my everyday life.

Hi Joneleth,

I saw your second post on this, and would personally not advocate telling her about your dream, as it might be construed in an office situation as sexual harassment. I wonder though if it's that you are attracted to large breasts, or if the breasts are more maternal here.... feeding babies is a primary function of breasts, so they often symbolize nurturance. Does she behave towards you in a motherly fashion? Is she a nurturing kind of person? I have no idea why her breasts would be smaller in your dream... maybe you drinking all that mother's milk shrunk them? Or maybe she wishes they were smaller so they wouldn't be the focus of attention?

My little Pomeranian, Lily, also enjoys French kisses, which is too weird, and loves to mother me to pieces.

I agree with IrisRavenstar, definitely don't tell her, unless it's too late already

in which case let us know how you got on?! Maybe the 30 seconds bit was you subconsciously remembering that she has a boyfriend and therefore despite it being something that you/she wants it is dealt with in a hesitant, quick way. Or maybe she didn't want the other guys in the office to realise that you got more than them

But I'm no expert, just a keen dreamer
