Thread: New dreams that are odd

The dream with the children worries me, I never have violent thoughts
I started working 12 hour shifts at night which gives me much more time to sleep in between shifts, usually 10 hours or so. I've started being able to recall dreams much better. Here are some recent ones. The first dream concerned me and I woke up crying after it, so I decided to start writing them down

I was in a swimming pool and there were several children floating lifeless, there was a blonde woman I had never seen before sitting on the chairs outside of the pool, she told me that I would be blamed for their murders even though she had done it. I have flashbacks/or they come back to life I see me holding a child by his neck underwater he is looking up at me but his face is distorted by the water from him struggling to breath, I see me grabbing a child by his neck and hitting his head against the edge of the pool. These are all male children about the age of 6. I am now in police custody and some how we are in a movie theater, I am not in handcuffs. I flee down the stairs and can somehow now turn invisible by standing still or moving slowly. The cop runs into me and I appear again and flee out the door, something is attacking the city outside and there is fire everywhere. I hear screams of people and see cars flying overhead I loose the police in the chaos.

As far back as I can remember I was walking down the road to my great grandparents house for a family reunion. On my way there, there is me and two dogs my grandparents own and we have to fight snakes off during the night time, one gets past the dogs and starts attacking me as I run and call for help from the dogs, the rest is kind of blurry but I make it there and I find out it was all a game and that the snake were just part of a game.At the family reunion all of my family is there and I see my deceased grandfather which is much to my surprise still alive, my mother tells me that he was not dead but had been at my Aunt's.He wheels over in a power chair and says a few words to me and rides off,he seems strange to me much more distant than we used to be.When he was alive we were very close and saw each other daily.I meet this girl whom a family member of mine is planning to marry, she is gorgeous and we get along together well, I don't know who the family member she is marrying is.The remainder of it is hazy.I am now somehow at a school event in a audience box similar to the ones at opera events where the well paying guest have private rooms and there sitting on the couch is the woman I had met, it is a one seater couch and I sit beside her, we have a discussion and I talk her out of her marriage. I take her close off and start to go down on her and she enjoys it, for some reason she turns into solid ice, still alive but made of solid ice, after that I wake up.
