Thread: Disturbing, excrement, tunnels...

So I had one of the weirdest, most intricate dream (not lucid) two mornings ago. Good thing I voice-recorded it as soon as I woke up.

I was at my best friend's apartment, which I think was the scenario for weirdness because my friend has been having some really stressful financial/academic trouble in the recent days. The apartment was totally different from what it is in "real life". It was full of doors, rooms in impossible shapes like triangles, it had spiral stairs decorated with obscure climbing plants that led to tunnels that were layered... as in, a tunnel within a tunnel, and as I went through each one, I could feel a different degree of bizarreness, of being uncomfortable but curious to go on. I was never scared.

One of the passages had a beautiful garden that was wayyy underground but still received lots of sunlight, so it had gorgeous white little flowers all over. I saw one of my teachers in the middle of it. He was elegantly dressed, only smiled at me and picked some flowers, then I just *knew* (never saw or heard but knew) he had an affair with a teacher and that he was a liar. Then another teacher came into scene and he kept a mocking grin at me, telling me I'd fail the course because I didn't know anything about the Russian Revolution (RR). This is weird because the RR has *nothing* to do with me in real life.

Then another tunnel led to the airport, and there was my mom with one of those "karts" where you put the luggage. I had no idea where she was going but I just followed her and helped her with her bags. We kept being vandalized by a strange man that was playing with his kart and would throw it around and laugh like an idiot. As a consecuence, my mom fell against a wall and I was angry and determined to kick him in his "parts". As soon as I was chasing him, change of scenario to the apartment. I opened one of the doors and it was a bathroom, where this man would turn suddenly but slowly into a black, tall and muscled man that was naked, standing still and staring at me. Then the voice of the vandal (still in the process of converting) said that he had been constipated for so long and that he couldn't resist anymore. Then the black man would begin pooing all over the floor and just wouldn't stop! I kept telling him it was wrong. I didn't understand why he was pooing there, but I was aware of the consistency of the excrement, which was nothing like diarrhea, but really "healthy" and well shaped poo.

I'm sure excrement has to mean a very different thing in dreams. Maybe the letting go of something, getting rid of a problem? I don't know how to interpret tha vandal and his conversion, though. This is so weird. The tunnels and the underground are pretty clear examples of digging into trouble, but what about someone else's poo? I wasn't disgusted as much as disturbed and troubled. I've been telling people my dream and everyone feels disturbed! Why do you think it means?
