Thread: please help me interpret

Long story short - when I met this guy I was dating last year, I started having constant recurring dreams about us (in a relationship, married, kids, buying a home, etc). Then suddenly he and I stopped talking and even after I helped his family out through some tough times, we still didn't talk. I just decided to let it go and forget it and I have moved on - found someone else and am very happy and he is with someone else too and what not. However, everytime I go out, I run into him - we still don't talk but we just see each other. And we don't go to our usual spots either - always different yet we see each other. Anyway, the last couple of nights I have had dreams about him - the first night, we sat at a table and talked everything out and figured that everything was just a big misunderstanding. Then last night - we were at the beach (we don't live near a beach) and we talk and kissed and at the end he said "I will see you back in Dallas (where we live) and we'll celebrate this new relationship." And we hugged and kissed and then he left while I stayed another couple days. Then I just woke up.

In waking life, I don't think about him or anything - in fact, if anything, I think he and his family are really shitty for not even appreciating that I helped them out while accepting my help. And him not even telling me that he wanted to break things off makes me not even want to talk to him.

What do the recurring dreams about us being in a relationship mean? And what does us running into each other all the time mean?
