Does dream interpretation help you with LDs?

I have such consistent dream signs... that i am not going lucid to. i am now thinking to begin a systematic interpretation so i can see if this helps.

i was wondering if other people found systematic dream interpretation helps them LD better? I used to do it and then stopped when i began dream journalling, as the quanitity of recalled dreams skyrocketed.

but i'd be willing to analyze some just to see why i get these dreamsigns. they are so consistent.

      thanks,

I find that reviewing my dreams and pondering the meaning helps me with recall and lucidity. I've never really gotten into a systematic interpretation. If you try it again, keep notes to find out if it helps you. I'm interested to see how this goes.

Some say. I think any form of getting familiar with dreams is good - and this almost certainly has to start with keeping a daily DJ. From there it's a matter of what you like to do as to how you use your DJ. Some people use it to find dream signs etc (repeated people or situations in dreams).

I'm terrible at getting lucid so probably the wrong person to ask!
