      What could this mean???

Ive been having weird dreams about one of my good friends in one we are at an archery range and he gets hit with and arrow and he just stands there and stares at me. In another we are walking down a street and he trips and is sent flying down a cliff. Im dont think it means anything but it kind of scares me when i wake up and then when i see him through out the day i think of the dream.

dreaming of weapons symbolizes power, who shot the arrow? look up the symbols and piece it together, dreams are like puzzles with pieces made up of a few symbols u have in your dream

when your friend fell off the cliff, I'm assuming he died, look up the symbol meaning for death. if it mkes u feel better, death usually isn't a negative thing to dream about, but to dream of something in the colour white means something will die or fail.

also what does he trip over? u need to analyze everything more closely.

      hope I've helped, see ya

The archery range suggests a situation that is usually reacreational in nature - one in which the name of the game is "making a point". Using reasoning or an argument to make a point or deliver a message (the arrow) requires skill if it is to make an impact upon beliefs that contain a lot of bull or nonsense. (arrows are supposed to hit the bull's eye) However, in this scene someone is "getting the point" (being hit with an arrow) in a way that is emotionally painful (it brings pain to the body) and thus becomes less a game and much more serious.

The friend represents an aspect of your own mind and an idea or a way of thinking that you could see as beneficial to youself. Because the friend gets hit with an arrow, there is apparently another aspect of yourself (the unseen person who shot the arrow) which has made "getting the point" a more personal issue. (a person is shot at rather than the practice target) The result is that where you might use those ideas or a way of thinking that can work in your favour, you are giving yourself psychological-emotional pain and you may need to take a good hard look at yourself. (friend when shot stares at you) The staring here can also
imply that you need to keep your eyes on yourself - keep yourself and who and what you know yourself to be your main focus. Very simply, the scene indicates mental activity that does not focus upon a game of logic - that of making a point - but has turned it into a more serious personal issue - a bit like shooting yourself in the foot.

The second dream shows a situation in which you are following a losing course of action (walking down a street) when going along with an idea or a way of thinking that you could see as beneficial to yourself. (when with a friend) Here such thinking is "tripping you up" - slowing or hindering your progress. (friend trips) In this case it actually sets you up for a fall or failing. (friend goes over and down a cliff) Usually the cliff in dreams suggests "a cliff hanger" - a situation in which the outcome has been left uncertain yet in this scene the outcome has been seen. Mentally, where you might see yourself acting as your own best friend, you are in a losing position. (friend going down a cliff)

On a physical level of interpretation, someone may be sending your friend a message or is making a point in a way that would be emotionally painful to him. Perhaps his lack of sureness as to the steps he is taking is putting him in a losing position.

You are intersted in this friend and you think he may feel the same way but this possiblity puts one or both of you in social or psychological danger. That would be my guess.

It is a sharp arrow I know, but the message is very strongly conscience laden speaking of suppressed guilt. If you decide this is true I would ask yourself if you really need to feel guilty about anything. It may be ridiculous to feel guilty about something you could not control.

I'm afraid these dreams can be taken at face value. Your friend is doomed by Fate. The arrow shows he is targeted by Destiny. The falling off a cliff shows that he will go downhill to meet his end.

Is he a very close friend? If he were a horse, I would not want to tie my wagon to him.

Often we take our friends from no better mechanism than proximity. We are thrown together with people, and talk to them, and then we suppose ourselves friends. But your dreams are pointing out a problem with this one.
