My worst self-fearing dream

I am in a bar, i am not old enough to drink, i eat six peanuts. then i flash to putting my twin three year old siblings in their car seats. One breaks away and runs down the street, i am holding the other. I run after him while holding his sister. I see head lights and him running to them. I fall, I cant get up so i drag myself forward still, i dont see him or the lights anymore then i black out. I am now in a floral store in town. My sister that dont talk to much is working there and she doesnt know me. I walk out the door and now i am in a hospital. No one is talking to me, its as if i am not even there. i see one of my best friends in a room standing behind this.... this, i want to call it a person but its not, it is a thing that is resembling a wreck victim. The victim is holding my three year old sister i was originally holding and they are all three playing. I yell at them none of them respond to me. I scream where am i and who is that thing. Then my friend calls the thing, the wreck-looking victim, by my name. I break down and yell. It then hits me that this all started with the bar and all a can say is "six peanuts could not have caused this ... how could six peanuts cause this?" and then they all three look at me and the victim, the appearant "me", just looks straight at me his skin is all peeling down his face in a ripped pattern, his head has been torn off and half of his skull is showing and he just looks evil, but he is me and i know i am not evil, but he looks at me and my heart drops and he smiles and he, I, says to me " well it did." This is when I ripped myself away from my sleep in fear. can i have some insight into this dream

I don't know what it means, but it sound scary as hell.

Are you going through troubled times? You are seeing almost an evil twin of yours...nobody in that world recognizes you but your evil twin. You ate peanuts because you were not old enough to drink right? What could the peanuts represent? Think about it. Your mind may be telling you that this (whatever the peanuts represent) has the effect of completely transforming you. Nobody even notices you means you practically don't exist. I think it means if you do this , you will be completely changed forever. That's a wild shot in the dark...but as I said, if you are being troubled by something..some tough choice maybe?
