      Is it worth it?

      Ever since I've joined this board I've been able to recall a bit of my dreams. It's not alot though. My question is even if I don't remember much of my dreams is it still worth it to write what I do remember down?

      Of course it is! The more you record and think about it, the more you will start to remember. I always write down anything I can remember in my dreams...even if it is just a sensation, a color or just one particular item. More will come, it just takes time.
