How often to turn to your journal?

I write in my journal regularley (or at least try too). But I do not see where it has helped me what so ever. My question is - How often do most of you guys look back opon your journals? And what for.

Occassionally. It's an interesting collection of stuff to read, being that the dreams are your own. I read them just to put me in a dreaming kind of mood. I guess it hasn't helped me really, other then being able to remember more of my dreams, although I've stopped writing them down.

Every once in a while I'll read back through them all. I like it, because I can remember how the dreams looked pretty much as good as I could when I first woke up.

Yep, I look back at my dreams now from a year ago and think, wow, I remember that! It's quite entertaining actually.

I look through my old journals just to see what has changed in my life. Prob look through them at least once a week (flicking through them). Interesting to look back at lucid experiences that i forgot about and go "Oh i remember how cool that was".

Its somtimes good to read through them before sleep to "re-create" that feeling of lucidity and try and focus on that feeling.

funilly enough, i was reading back through some of my more recent dreams, from like, a couple of months ago, and some of them were seriously wierd...so it's good in that respect, that i can wonder what the hell was going on in my head.
