      Odd Dream... anyone got an idea...

      ... Someone was going to cut down my favorite tree. It was the biggest & scariest tree. Its' trunk was about 30' in diameter. It was VERY tall, taller than anything I had ever seen before. From the bottom - its roots were "tall", meaning they went from the ground up to the trunk of the tree, almost as if the tree were "floating". The branches of the tree were quite a ways up... noway to reach ANY of them. The top of the tree, it appeared to have TWO tops of the tree, like a tree in a tree. The VERY top of the tree, from it to the original top of the tree, there were root like structures connecting the two.

      ... I saw the men attempting to cut it down. I screamed out and cried in pain. Falling to the ground. I kept on trying to reach my tree before they could cut anymore of it. With each cut, I felt weaker. I watched from the gutter, laying in tears, as they finally got all the tree cut down. After they found me in the gutter, they were laughing telling me they had to cut down my tree b/c it was a sick tree (personally, I think they were afraid of it). After they told me that, they cut my hair off. It was a butcher job, one side was all uneven. When I finally got myself together and got up and got to a mirror to see the horrifying hair cut and missing my tree - I woke up.

      It was the most realistic dream I have had in a LONG time. I usually don't recall my dreams, but something this night, made me recall it. I had this dream on Friday nite.

      are you a nature lover?
      Somtimes somthing like that (Strong sturdy tree that has weathered a lot of storms) could stand for somthing in your life that is strong and steadfast in your life. Is there a part of your life that is a little shakey?
      These are just mere guesses. But byu anylizing current events in your life can somtimes lead to the source of your dreams

      Yes I am a nature lover... especially trees. I was recently (like last week) bitten by a brown recluse spider (of all things!!!) and my personal life isn't very, well, nice most of the time. And I am quitting my job as of 7/1 - but have been out a week with this bite thing. Whatcha think?

      I am a nature lover as well. I take a special interest in trees. I have had some bad dreams about them putting up developments and clear cutting down a lot off trees. It sucks. But I think that is just my fear of my area I live in getting over populated.
      This spider bight might have evoked bad dreams, and because of your liking for nature it could have incorporated this into your dreams. Hopefully it is just that simple.
      Any complications with the bight? I heard those could be bad?

      Yeah the spider bite has QUITE a bit of pain and open lesions... not very pretty by any means. Been a week now - today. Not getting any better... been to ER &amp; all that crappola. Going to go back to see if they can do more for me <img src="http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle"/>

      I am hoping it had something to do with the bite - not sure though. It is far &amp; few between I remember a dream - this was like something out of a sci-fi thriller! I tried to draw a pic of the tree, but unfortunetely - my artistry is not up to par for a drawing of that magnitude.
