I really gotta start being consistent with my DJ. I've been able to recall peices of dreams after 15 minutes of waking up. After remembering one peice i am able to recall another , and another and most of the dream. Last night I watched ALPHA DOG. Crazy ass messed up movie. It was some really crazy stuff, cussing, gangs, etc.
Yesterday I made up a technique after reading about Sensory Adaption in PSYCH. I tried to play some songs under my pillow at a very low volume. These songs have some kind of significance from past memories so I thought they would take me lucid to where I was while listening to them.
Didn't work. Maybe the # of songs were too much to handle. Might try only one song tonight. Maybe it will work. But when I was using last night, It did not trigger any relevent things in my dream. I would be able to concentrate on it, doze off. and come back in.
