[Dream Catcher NYC]

(My Lucid level wasn’t so high, I was able to control my decisions and the scene however I didn’t know I was dreaming.)(Keep in mind all of my dreams Lucid and not lucid always take place in New York I now live in Miami Florida, the only time I dream of Miami is if in the dream I’m on vacation going to and from Miami back to NY.) <o:p> </o:p> Last night I had one of the strangest lucid experiences in a while quite the vivid one in fact. I was walking West on Delancey Street, parallel street to the Williamsburg in downtown Manhattan, in my hometown. 2 DC Homeless men were standing in my path of direction when they both approached me holding hypodermic needles and attempting to walk toward me point the needles at me, they were laughing and giggling as if they thought it was funny however I was very intimidated by them holding large nail like needless, trying to poke me. <o:p> </o:p> I then reached for my pocket knife and at this point I knew it was a dream and knew I had to get rid of these guys the easiest way without waking up, I then targeted one and went straight for him with the knife, I stabbed him in his stomach (felt so real like really stabbing a person) then I pulled the knife out and stabbed him again in the same wound repeatedly until confidently I knew he’d fall once I pulled out the knife from his gut. He fell, now the other I had a little problem he was a bit quick and was hard to get at, but eventually I stabbed him up 2, now here’s where shit got thick, I’m in control of the dream but start thinking it’s real and I now have 2 dead bodies to get rid of (I felt guilty about killing these 2 guys not cuz I killed them but cuz of fear of going to jail) I then try to walk away but see a crowd of foreign tourists coming my way, there had to be about 8 or 10 of them, they were talking a weird language I didn’t understand, sounded like Spanish but with something else, maybe Arabic. Anyway they were walking toward me and I grabbed the bodies and hid them between some parked cars, as they came by for some reason there was tension in the air like the police were alerted someone had been killed, almost like the movie “Bourne Identity” anyway I then decided I was going to pretend I was with the tourists and that I too was a tourist as well, I walked with them and found that they did speak English as well, but had a strange accent, I then made conversation with them and they invited me to hang with them during their vacation, they were on their way to their hotel, now by the time we reach the end of the street Police are on APB, Red alert looking for the killer “me”. <o:p> </o:p> I then avoid eye contact with the police and proceed to walk with them, a cop dressed in heavy gear like a character from "Gears of War" approaches the group and starts asking for everyone’s I.D. for some reason they knew who the killer was by looking at the I.D. I didn’t want to show mine becuz then they’d know I was the guy they were searching for, and there were 100’s of DC cops in uniforms condemning the streets, putting up barricades and setting up checkpoints, I remember seeing other DC’s nearby getting I.D.ed, since there was one cop I.D.ing the "Tourist" DC group he was so busy checking everyones I.d. that I managed to slip by without getting asked for my I.D. We then proceeded to the hotel room I remember it being on a high floor with a ramp going from the window to a lake, they had mentioned that they lost someone from their group so it was ok If I replaced that person and stay with them. <o:p> </o:p> Then I was stuck with the bloody knife I went to wash the blood off in case anyone in the group saw it and I hid it under a table, I then gazed out the window at the lake and wanted to dump it in the lake, I tried to slide down the ramp but it was too steep I knew if I went down I couldn’t come back to the room to hide and I’d be caught, I slipped and was holding the window sill by my hands and one of the DC Tourist helped me back in the room but he asked me for a favor first and I had no choice but to say yes (I dont recall his question). I then went back In the room when someone saw me hide the knife back under the table, the DC’s freaked out when they saw I was the Killer and they were harboring me, the word spread quickly throughout the room and panic arises I then took control and threatened to kill them all if they didn’t calm down. <o:p> </o:p> From that point I left the room after ordering them to stay put. I left the hotel and walked down the street, however no police approached me because I looked like I was innocent and that I didn’t even know what was going on, (similiar to my pokerface in realy life, flawless.) From then on my recollection of the dream faded, if I recall I will post version part 2. Thank you for reading. <p> I just realized that the dream portion where I saw the ramp that went from the building to the lake is the same as the photo from this website, when you type in dreamviews.com. Shows a man on a blue wavy ramp over a river to a city. Just wanted to point out the similarities.

Sounds like a cool dream, man. Very action-packed. But you did say that you didn't know you were dreaming, in the beginning of the post. But, at sometime during the dream, you did realize it, right?

I think i know what you mean. You were able to control your dream but you were not aware that it was a dream? (a low level lucid) I have had a few of those dreams. As Oneironaut said cool dream and action packed.

Sounds like a cool dream, man. Very action-packed. But you did say that you didn't know you were dreaming, in the beginning of the post. But, at sometime during the dream, you did realize it, right? Yes there were some random points throughout the dream where I was lucid and some where I wasn't, the reason being there were some instances that were just too consistent to that of events that take place in real life, on the other hand when I had to stab the two homeless DC’s that was a reality check since I don’t normally stab people as a resolution to a problem, however everything else that took place wasn’t bizarre enough for me to think I was dreaming it was just to vivid to real life, the way everyone carried themselves in the dream, nothing strange or out of whack as to somewhat compared to real life.

Really really hectic dream last night, don’t remember all but here goes. I'm driving my car through an intersection a bus comes out of nowhere so I hit breaks, the car stops and I felt that it didn’t hit the bus I get out of the car and the front of my car is crashed and pieces all over the street, I panicked when my dad came out of no where and said “you hit the bus”, I then said “no I didn’t I hit the brakes” right then I played it over in my head and realized I had to be dreaming and became lucid. Don’t remember the lucid part though.

Lucid Level-Sky High I just had the most incredible lucid dream in a long time, it all started when I woke up at 6 am to use the bathroom the minute I came back to bed I was completely relaxed, I went to bed I was dreaming that I was in a large meeting in like a school cafeteria, maybe an elementary school, you know like one of those parent teacher conference nights and apparently I was a parent, I begin waiting around with other DC's sitting in chairs, a older man in the dream came into the room and was acting like he was the sergeant in the army to everyone, like everyone had to stop and listen to him, apparently he was like a consoler or principal, I began thinking this guy looks weird like a child molestor or a homo, after his speech I call him over to let him know that Im not a student and that I dont even belong there if I can go, he then says "you have alot of estrogen" right there I looked at him and started thinking this guy is too funny, Im not going to have any trouble remembering what he said for the website. I then get up and start walking around the large room then walk through a door and find that on the other side there's an identical large room with people in it sitting around I then start circling the room and walk from room to room really fast then circling the room once and back to the next one, I then realized Im having a Lucid dream, I think to my self dont get too excited you'll wake up, but then I counteract my thoughts with, "your not gonna wake up, your relaxed and you just went to sleep" I then get excited but remain lucid because Im comfortable, I think what do I want to do "the first thing popped up was I was to find a good looking DC girl and fuck her, I then continue rotating around the room and all the female DC'S are old and ugly, when before I was lucid there were young hot ones, now I look at every female DC's face and shes old and ugly, I then find one that looked decent I go up to her and start flirting with her and I grab her crotch it felt really fat and real. I then tell her I want to fuck her right there and began pressing up on her, she pulls back and says "theres people here" I then reply "nobodys looking at you" I then look around the room and no one was paying any attention to us. I then mount her on top of me and I make her clothes disappear and the scene changes, we're in a bed room. I’m in a room on a bed with the female DC it’s a strange room and is somewhat clutter and gloomy, in the room I notice that my TV is there which is the only thing I recognized since it was my actual TV same buttons and everything exactly like “real” life, I then hear footsteps out the room door and began imagining that there were monsters outside my room wanting to get in, I quickly thought about they can’t hurt me I’m lucid so I open the door and start screaming at them and they get scared and step back it was the funniest thing I took the monsters as jokes and they were surprised that I wasn’t scared, I then close the door and there were these giants hands coming out from under the bed I then was on top of the bed and as they were coming out I put my arms inside my shirt and got next to them and pretended they were my hands and I was like look I have giant hands and started laughing since I wasn’t scared the hands disappeared, then these 2 giant feet with pants cam out from under the bed and I did the same thing I pretend they were my feet and was laughing at how I looked with giant feet and regular size body. Then in the closet of the room I head a fumbling like a monster in there but he couldn’t open the door and like he didn’t know what he was doing I open the door and he was like looking down like he knew I wasn’t scared I grabbed him and flung him out the door of the room into a crowd of other monsters. They were more scared of me than I was of them, it was like all the monsters were Halloween costumes from like the 70’s and they were not scary, every time I went to the room there was something trying to scare or kill me and I just screamed at it and made it look timid and threw it out the room into a crowd of monsters , every time I opened the door I let out a scream to make them back up, its was crazy like the monsters couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t scared, Only I knew I was in my own Lucid dream, now that I think of it like the movie “Monsters Inc” but with scarier looking monsters like 1970’s Dracula and other shit. I also remember they had 2 spiders that were connected by a rope that one monster threw in the room almost like throwing a grenade but it was two grenade size spiders connected to each other I then picked it up and ran out in the hallway and in front of all the monsters I took a bite out of one of the spiders and says “mmmmm, good” they looked at me like this niggas crazy. In the room I found another monster under the bed and as he was coming out all slow trying to be scary I helped him out and threw him out the room, then periodically I would

Lmfao...that was a strange dream, especially with the onslaught of monsters. I would of had a little more fun with destroying them all, though.
