I sometimes have dreams over and over again, like 5 dreams i've had many times. I've noticed the less i sleep the less dreams I have, and if i go to sleep too early and wake up too early I have nightmares. I usually go to sleep around 1-5 at nite into the morning, and have some decent dreams. I wish I could remember my dreams more, though.
Why does it always seem someone wakes you up before you get to the good part of dreams? Good thing for me is that I have bunches of dreams, and only one of my dreams get ruined, lol.
For a while, a couple years ago, I would be in a nightmare, and i could tell myself to wake up because i knew it was all illusions.
And does anyone know how to remember dreams better, and how to control yourselves in dreams? I will check back on this tomorrow, THX!
