EVIL R.O.B.

I don't remember how everything started, but my parents were either dead or gone, and I was very weak, tired, and sad. I think I missed a couple days of school because I was so weak. We were in a building that was always changing from my house to my school to another building. I was at the school part and sat on the ground by my friends trying to stay awake. I wasn't listening to their conversation and eventually ended up at my house. I noticed that everything was different, like I was in a new addition to my house. I walked down some new stairs, passed a chained closet, and behind a counter that looked like a bar. Behind it was a red bedroom/living room. My parents were there just sitting on the bed.

They explained that my sister died, not them. Since I don't even have a sister, I assumed that she died before I was born. I walked past the closet again and a giant Nintendo R.O.B. slammed against the door trying to break the chains and get out. I told my mom, and she said that my sister wanted a R.O.B. themed room, so they bought the giant robot. When she died, they had to put it in the closet. Giant R.O.B.s had a lot of artificial intelligence. If they were left alone for too long, they would yell at you and eventually turn evil. They also never ran out of power. Somehow, they would charge themselves when they weren't doing a lot. They couldn't be taken apart and were pretty much indestructible. That's why we had him locked up. Every time I walked by the door, he would push on it so I could see him and scream at me for locking him up. It was really scary.

Even though I was weak, my mom made me go to school. When I got there, it was sixth hour. Chemistry. The substitute teacher helped me understand my homework. It was confusing so I gave up and tried to sleep again. I guess I succeeded, because that's the last thing I remember.

RUB YOUR HANDS TOGETHER!!

I somehow realized I was dreaming at remembered my Dream Goals List. I went to my brother's room for some reason and decided to jump out the window. I did reality checks for probably a full minute first, just in case. Once I was sure I was dreaming, I jumped. The ground rushed toward me, and I landed without stumbling. I wanted to fly to the top of a tree so decided to try a new technique. Instead of jumping straight up, I was going to jump forward and lean forward so if I fall, I would fall on my face. It worked! I went up and didn't come back down like I always do!! My dream was getting blurry and I completely forgot how to fix it. Almost everything was being controlled by me, so I couldn't experiment. I was on the roof and wanted to be in two places at once. Since it was fading, I couldn't concentrate on keeping the dream and splitting myself in half. I went to the ground and decided to explore the dream world. I followed the highway by my house on my bike (since I can't get cars to work in my dreams) and saw a city bus coming at my. I steered toward the bus and the bus driver looked shocked. I went through the front of the bus and saw the driver pass by my head. The passengers' legs passed me and I went through some of them. I went to the next town, which was boring, so I kept on riding. The next town had a huge median in the middle, dividing it in half. I went through it, seeing only black. I got out before I woke up and teleported back to my house. I was in my brother's room again and jumped out the window. It wasn't as cool as the first time. Our new neighbors pulled in the driveway beside ours. We don't have neighors or a driveway beside us. I wanted to find the name of the banana smiley, so I asked if they had any bananas. The husband, who looked Mexican, told me they were in the back. I reached in and pulled out a bunch of bananas. One of them was four times as thick as a normal banana. I put it on the ground and told it that it was a dancing banana as I imagined the smiley. Everything was fading and being controlled by me again. I tried to get its name, but every name I got was being made up by me. I tried some other stuff on my list that I can't remember now and eventually woke up.

Last Night's dream coming later tonight or tomorrow. I don't have it with me right now, but it was another lucid.

FAILED TASKS

Something weird probably happened, and I bacame lucid. I went to the dining room to try the Advanced 'Task. I tried splitting myself in half, but that only made me crosseyed. I tried imagining myself on the other side of the table, but I just teleported. I gave up and went into the kitchen. I ate some ice cream that my mom was making. She didn't want me eating it because it was beer. It obviously wasn't. I opened the fridge and grabbed some wine. I wonder what dream wine taste like. I easily pulled the cork out and drank some. It tasted like strong, old, grape juice. I threw the rest in the sink and the bottle shattered. I remembered that I wanted to compare the tastes of different colors, so I opened the fridge and grabbed a bottle of red juice that I wanted to eat the color from.

Every thing started to fade. I imagined my hands rubbing together, but it was too late.

I was on DreamViews. I realized that I was the only one on. There was nothing to do, and I soon became bored. I tried to find something else to do and eventually woke up.

I haven't been using my dream journal, so I haven't had any good dreams...so I haven't been writing any thing down in my dream journal. I finally stated again, so I'm back into lucid dreaming!

SPEECH DISABLILTY

I was somehow lucid. I climbed up a staircase that led to the empty space above my new room. This new room has been in another dream before. This time, I didn't even see it, but I knew I was above it. I tried to fly to the other side. It was too far away and I landed on some boards. In too more jumps, I made it to the other side. Behind the wall I was looking at was my real room. I wanted to get through, so I started tearing at the styrofoam. Behind it was a hard wall that I couldn't break. Since I was dreaming, I could just tell it to break and it would. I remembered the Ancient Language for the Inheritence Cycle and thought of the word "Jierda". Break. I put my hands on the wall and said the word. But I didn't say it correctly. When I said it, my vowels were messed up and it sounded more like "Jaroah". It kind of felt like trying to type in a dream. Nothing comes out how you wanted it to. I was surprised that I couldn't speak correctly and woke up.

I looked up Jaroah and found out that Jaroah means moon.

I thought this could be another dream name. So far, both names have something to do with the moon.

BLIND DREAM

This could've been a False Awakening. I kept my eyes closed, shivered, and fell asleep. I was in a dream, but couldn't see anything. There were a few blurs and some noises, but that was it.

SNEAKING INTO THE OFFICE

I almost woke up when I heard my dad coming down the hall to wake me up. I had some mission that I wanted to complete before he woke me up. I don't remember what it was, maybe I didn't even know during the dream, but I wanted to do it. I have no idea why, but my vision switched to a slide show with comentary of random pictures. They showed a story of a man on the mission. He dressed up as a girl so no one would notice him. He was trying to sneak into my dad's office for some reason. He walked across the hallway and passed the door as a girl was leaving the room. He held the door open for her, and ,when she was gone, slipped inside. It was locked now. I was dreaming again, but didn't remember any of what just happened.

I found some cups that I used to play with here when I was a little kid. I didn't realize it, but they were different from the one's I played with. Imagine a sphere. Now stretch it out just a little so it's almost like an egg. Cut off the top just a little above the middle so it curves a bit in at the top. Hollow it out and color it dark grey. The texture was bumpy sort of like dull sandpaper and it was barely transperent. There were about thirty of forty of these cups in four colors: dark grey, deep red, yellow, and navy blue. They looked very proffesional. I wanted to play with them again, but remembered the mission. I decided to play for ten seconds and started stacking the cups. When I was done, I looked through the desk for something, but woke up as my dad entered the room.

I never figured out what I was trying to do.

LADDER IN THE SKY

We were building a huge ladder. There were probably 1000 ladder rungs that hooked together lying on the ground around us. We had about half of them together, so my brother picked it up and threw it toward the sky. The top of it hooked to something right above the clouds. Maybe it hooked to a cloud. I climbed a quarter of the way to the top but was too scared to go any higher. I climbed back down and hung on to the bottom. I accidentally pulled on it. The ladder fell from the sky.

SHRINK THE EARTH

I was thinking about what would happen if the moon was so close to the Earth, that you could jump up and walk on it. Someone important would probably be sent to it tied to the earth with strong cords and wearing an oxygen tank. At some point, it was really happening. I don't think I got to see it.

I was now an evil scientist in a spaceship. I had a giant shrink ray aimed at the Earth. The windows were closing. Right before they were completely closed, I shot the shrink ray. It bounced off the window. I opened the window and tried again. Too late again. I realized that the window didn't have to be closed when the Earth shrank, so I left it opened and shot again. It hit the Earth. In about three seconds, the Earth was too small to see from my spaceship. I was surprised how fast it worked.

EARTHS

I think this was a part of another dream, but I don't remember which one. I was in space. Just looking around. I saw Earth, but it didn't look right. Then, I saw the real Earth in front of it plus five more planets all colored the same. I realized that the planets must look the same from space.

I don't really remember what happened next, but I visited Mercury. One down, seven to go! I might retry sometime.

FAILED WILD

When I woke up for the last time, I stayed in bed for fifteen minutes thinking random thoughts. I was too tired to get up, so I tried to fall asleep. I remained motionless and imagined a huge cliff. My view scrolled down to walking toward a beach. I heard that noise you hear when you're yawning. I imagined someone looking at me, which really helps you get into dreams, and the noise got louder. I also felt myself shivering. I was scared that I would see or hear the weird things that almost always happen in WILDs. I wondered if I was in SP yet, so I tried to move my foot. It moved, and I was completely awake again.

DREAM SIGN

I remember playing Super Mario 64, but I was in a cool secret part of the game again, which is one of my dram signs. I must have been really tired, because I didn't recognize the dream sign, and I barely even remember this dream.

I must say that I really enjoyed reading your DJ. I'm still new to this site, so mine's a little bit hacked together right now. Anyway, thanks for posting! I'll be sure to read more when you post more.

Interesting dream about the Earths. Very space related night. WILDing is pretty hard. Seems you had a good go there.

Thaks. I've never purpousley had a WILD. I used to have them all the time when I was a kid and freaked me out though.

Nine days and still no dreams long enough for me to update my DJ, but there was another version of Super Mario 64. Why do I always dream about that?!

Possibly because it was something you played often at an integral part of your life, like super mario 3 for me. I've had a lot of dreams with elements of the game in it, probably because I was going through a lot of things when I played the game the most and I was still relatively young and impressionable (though, I'm only 22, so I guess I'm still young, just not as impressionable).

I think that's why I still dream a lot about my elementary school/middle school/high school. I was there for most of the time through my impressionable years and it must have made an...er...impression.

Moving on...I hope you do get a long one soon, as I've enjoyed reading your dj quite a bit. Happy dreaming!

My smoke alarm beeped at 5:00 A.M. I was still mainly asleep so I didn't care. It beeped again, but I still didn't care. On the third beep, I realized what was happening, but I wasn't sure if I was imagining or not, so I tried to sleep. I heard it again! I was awake this time and listened. It beeped again, so I told my dad. He came in my room, but we didn't hear anything. I went back to bed but it beeped before I could fall asleep. Thirty seconds passed and it beeped again. I got my dad and he did something to my smoke detector. I tried sleeping, but it was still beeping! My mom looked for the smoke detector that was beeping. It sounded like the noise was coming from a closet, but all we could find were two smoke detectors with no batteries. It was 6:45, so I tried to sleep before I had to get up for school, but I couldn't. Stupid smoke detector.

BEARS

It was night, and my dad was driving in the woods. We went around a tree and saw two bears. We were surprised since there are no bears where I'm from. My dad turned the brights on and slammed on the accelerator. Everything got so bright, it looked like day, and the Hummer almost flipped over backwards.

TRUCK CONGA LINE

It was day now, and the Hummer was in a huge empty place in our yard. Some other people were there; I think we were having a party. My dad got in the hummer, and another truck pulled up behind it, so the front of it was in the bed of the Hummer. We did this with about thirty trucks, and my dad drove the Hummer around the yard. I warned them that a truck was probably going to flip over, but they didn't care. As soon as the Hummer stoped, it flipped up, and all the people in the back I don't know how they were in there fell out. It flipped just like the last dream.

FROZEN DREAM

I realized I was dreaming, so I did a False Awakening. I don't know why. I thought I was supposed to. Maybe to restart my dream or something... I could see the top of my blankets like my head was on top of them. I could think, but that was it. I tried moving, but everything stayed frozen. I could feel myself moving, but I couldn't see what was happening. It was like there was a picture of my bed infront of my eyes. I tried getting out of the picture, but nothing happened. Everything faded and I woke up.

ROADKILL

My mom was driving me somewhere. I saw my cat lying in the middle of the road with his guts hanging out. I knew he was dead, but I wasn't sad. We kept driving, and I saw my brother's Mickey Mouse doll also with some guts and blood. Later, I think I even saw my brother laying on the road. We went to my cousin's friend's house and told them about the roadkill, but they were only interested in giving us a tour of their giant house.

We old them we didn't have time and picked up my brother (not roadkill anymore) from the neighbor's. We told him about the roadkill Mickey mouse and that we would get him a new one. We went to the drugstore to look for one. They had a shelf full of Mario stuff. (the Mickey Mouse was a Mario doll now, this dream is confusing...) I checked the shelf and found some dolls hat looked like my brother's, but they were either too pale or too red (they looked sunburned). The company that made them took roadkill toys, fixed them, and sold them back to you at drugstores. Since we couldn't find his doll, we decided to buy six items of the shelf to replace it. I saw a stuffed eight-bit Mario, a lot of huge gameboy games, an NES game with a shiney holographic sticker, and some more Mario dolls.

I probably bored myself awake after that.

STUPID LUCID

I woke up and realized that everything seemed different. I was dreaming! I plugged my nose and could still breath. Cool! I rubbed my hands together and licked the roof of my mouth to get rid of the fog. It worked! I looked at my hands. My fingers were bent forward but felt like they were bent backwards. On my left hand, my thumb and pinkie were switched. Weird. I was on my way to the bathroom but realized that using it in a dream would be useless. I wanted to fly, so I went outside. It was still dark, so I tried spinnen, reminding myself I was dreaming. Nothing changed. On my way down the driveway, I jumped, went a little higher than normal, and slowly floated back down. I tried again and again, bud couldn't get any higher. I wanted to jump to the top of the barn by our house and jump off. I decided I would jump at the end of the dream, just in case it woke me up. I did a backflip on the way down to the end of the driveway.


I saw my dad park the Hummer and get out. I hid from him so he wouldn't interfere with my lucidity. When he was gone, I got in the Hummer, onto the highway, and floored it. I was going slower than the car in front of me. The speedometer said 25 mph, but I was probably going 45, even though the accelorator was all the way down. The engine was making a low hum so I mocked it and raised the pitch. The engine raised its pitch too as it sped up with the Hummer. I tried again to get even faster, but it was hard to keep the speed up. I gave up speeding and scraped against the sid of the car I had been following. The driver didn't seem t mind. I swerved into the opposite lane. The oncoming traffic just turned, passed me, and continued on their path with no collisions.

I got bored of driving so I stopped at an island by a construction zone and stepped out. My parents and brother got out too. I tried to spin somewhere but since I didn't have anything in mind, I appeared six feet to the left. I tried again. This time, I ended up in band class a couple of minutes before school. I was still lucid but rubbed my hands together anyay. When I looked at them, my thumb was back where it was supposed to be, but my fingers were swollen in some spots and short in others. I was missing some finger nails too. My fingers were still bent and I couldn't control them very well. I talked to some of my friends and showed them my backflip. They thought it was boring. I went to the back room where all the instruments are stored on shelves. The room was huge! I looked up and noticed that the ceiling was twice as high above the shelves. I wanted to see what was up there, so I started climbing. At the top, there were hundreds of shoe-boxes. I pushed some off just because I could. My brother was with me now, and the boxes turned into cups, cost containing some kid of pop. As we pushed them to the ground, I made a funny joke about refills. It didn't make sence, but it was funny when I said it. I think I had to use the bathroom, so I woke myself up.

It was 2:25 a.m. I used the bathroom, and decided that since I was up, I would write the dream down. (my notes were a lot shorter than this) I felt a little scared for some reason. I was proably scared of accedentaly having a WILD and SP. I realized that I had completely forgotten about the tasks and everything else I wanted to do.

SLEEPING IN THE CAMPER

The sound of tree branches breaking woke me up. It wouldn't stop. I sat up in my bed and noticed that the lights were on and I was in my grandma's camper. The sond was coming from all the branches we were hitting as the camper sped down a narrow dirt path. I was dreaming again. I didn't remember falling asleep. The camper was parked now in a small clearing surrounded by trees and weeds. From outside the camper, I could see my room. It was only the floor and two walls passed a field of tall weeds. I was with someone else now. I don't even remember if I know them or not. We couldn't find a way around the weeds.

I can't remember if I woke up after this dream or not.

LOCAL LIBRARY

I was at the computer. Something seemed wrong. I was dreaming again!. I tried doing something on the computer but it was being annoying and wouldn't do what I wanted it to. I remembered that I wanted to find my dream name. My brother was sitting on the couch with the laptop. I asked him. He said it was in the library and pointed toward the cornfield like there was a library over there. I was getting annoyed at my dream. I looked back at my computer and saw "Local Libraries" typed into the search bar on some search engine.

I realized that this was going to be fun. I would find the nearest library and find my dream name!

I woke up before I could even search for the library.

MONDAY

Finally! A dream that was nice to me!

It started just like the last one with me on the computer realizing that I was dreaming. Sometime during this dream, I switched to the laptop. Again, I asked my brother for my dream name, but he just shrugged and mumbled somthing. I asked my dad, who was watching TV. He looked at me and said "Well, it's either Monday or Septemberry. I personally like Septemberry!" I didn't agree. But I was happy that he didn't say something stupid or boring. I kind of like the name Monday.

Of course, it was night again. Why can't my dreams take place during the day?! I remembered the advanced task. I looked at the laptop and decided to eat the power out of it. I pretended to suck through a straw and the screen faded. My mouth felt warm but I was dissapointed because it had no taste. I was a small light in the keyboard and sucked it into my mouth. I could see it fly toward my mouth a little. It was warm with a taste that I can't describe. My tounge tingled as the green light slid over it and down my throat. I looked at the TV and realized that it was blank now, though my dad didn't notice and continued watching it. I must have sucked the light out of both screens instead of the power out of the laptop. Oh well, it still counts! I focused on the computer's screen and brought the light back. It was still running, proving my theory. I tried the same thing to the TV, but it was still dark. When I tried to lighten it, it just got foggy and lost some color. I left it alone. I wanted to change the sky from night to day. I concentrated on lightening the sky. Nothing happened. Then I saw a light on the horizon. The moon rose from it and went high into the sky shrinking as it rose. I looked out another window and saw a cresent moon. I had created another moon, but it was now too small to see.

The basic task popped into my head. Since I don't really have a favorite peice of art, I decided to draw a pretty scenary on MS Paint. I accedentally clicked Open instead of New and saw a lot of pictures drawn by other members of DV who had tried the same thing. I gave up my picture and had the idea of going to mygamebuilder.com, a game building website that I'm famous on. I wanted to see the Featured Games list in my dreams to see if it could give me any ideas for a new game. The first game on the list was called "Giggle Gaggle's Giggle World" and used all copied tiles. I didn't even play it because I was mad that Featured Game was completely copied. After that, I guess I got bored and woke up. It was 6:15 so I tried to sleep, but I couldn't. At 7:00, I had to get up for school.

But I completed the Advanced Task!!!

lol, cool , and you just gave me an idea how to deal with my annoying lightening bolts,,i'm gonna eat 'em, suck 'em up and then i'll have real magic powers

PUMKINS

After falling asleep, having a very blurry, short dream, waking up, and dreaming about trying to fall asleep, I finally had a good lucid.
I was finally dreaming, but everything was blurry and fading. I rubbed my hands together and it actually worked this time! I was finally dreaming. I walked along the road looking for a jack-o-lanturn and found a house with a lot of fall decorations. I saw some pumkins and finally a jack-o-lanturn. He was tall and skinny with extra holes cut beside his eyes. His mouth was wide open and some gourds or something were shoved behind his eyes and the extra holes. It looked really cool. I picked him up and introduced myself. He said hello and something else that I can't remember. I asked him what his name was, but he was a normal jack-o-lanturn.

THE HIDDEN CITY

I was in an old city sitting by a fountain in the middle. I remembered from another dream about a hidden city below the fountain. In the other dream, I jumped into the pool, fell down through the water holding my breath, and eventually hit the ground in the hidden city.

I jumped in the pool again and held breath. I fell, but never reached the bottom. I don't remember what happened next, but I eventually made it to the city.

PUMKINS
