My dreams
I've had a lot of dreams lately that have involved being at college. All my life I've had dreams where I was at school for some reason or another. Some times I have visited my old elementary school. I still don't know why I have these dreams, maybe I'm supposed to finish college or become a teacher? I is also possible that I'm thinking of my old high school's Home coming. But one thing is for sure, I don't mind these dreams a bit, They are comforting and relaxing. I can experience being in that time period all over again.

Hi steve it's Erik. I have not written in my journal in about 2 days because I've just forgotten, but I can tell you some of what I remember has had to do with my old High School. I'm going to try dreaming lucidly tonight, because I haven't had a lucid dream yet (arrrrrrgh!) The relaxation cd's help, especially if I'm very tired, to get my mind in a state of thinking of other things.
