Ok, I've been doing my dream journal on paper before now, but I decided what the heck, its the 21st century, might as well use an online journal instead... I will make regular dreams in regular text, explanations/sidenotes in blue text, Lucid dreams in red text, and additional comments/interpretations in green text. I'll start with a few dreams I had last night, neither of which were lucid. I only remember a few pieces of each dream, but I hear anything you remember can help so here goes: DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 7/24/2006: I remember that I was snowboarding, and I was going through a terrain park, (jumps, rails, all the good stuff) and I didn't do any of the jumps because they looked to big for me to handle, and I was afraid that I would fall and hurt myself if I tried to do them. Thats all I remember from that dream believe it or not Hmm, I guess that's all from last night, expect another entry tomorrow morning!

DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 7/25/2006: OK, here are the only 2 dreams I remember from last night, only because I woke up during/right after them... I have pretty shitty dream recall... and both of them are about me doing drugs! This kind of frustrates me but oh well here goes... I was at my friend Joshes house, which is strange because i've never been there, and he's a pretty big stoner... (I dont smoke a lot, only on special occasions, I SWEAR haha) and so of course we were smoking. He than had the idea that we should do it again as soon as we woke up the next morning and so I agreed. I than remember sitting at my kitchen table and Josh had a big pot-plant sitting on the table. He began to put some of the weed into a pipe and than I saw my pet ferret, which looked horribley mangled and abused... I asked Josh what happened and he said that he did it, and I felt very sad for the poor animal but didn't cry. Thats the end of that dream. I think that it means that I have been hanging out with the wrong people and I need to stop smoking all toghether and focus more on more important things and get some friends with stronger moral values or somthing like that. Heres the second dream: I was with a bunch of my friends, and we were all hanging out just chilling. Than one of them preposed we should go up to the nearest elementary school and smoke. (I HAAAATE having dreams about smoking weed but they are by far the most promienent, I wish I could recognize this as one of my dream signs one day ) As we arrived at the school, my sister was at the basketball court playing with a bunch of her friends, and she kept trying to follow us, and I told her to leave us alone, but she persisted in wanting to know what we were doing. I told one of my friends to keep her away while I took a hit so she didn't see what I was doing. We all smoked and than ran out of bud. I than remember being at my friend Alec's house and his Dad came down stairs, angry, and said WHOS GOT THE WEED I SMELL IT!! And he than found it, got pissed, and I than woke up. Theres the end of that dream... I think once again this signifies that I hang out with the wrong people and do the wrong thing sometimes... DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 7/26/2006: Well, I woke up frustrated this morning because I didn't remember any dreams right off the bat, but right before lunch time, a bit of a dream I had came back to me all of a sudden. A pleasent Suprise. I don't remember even the setting, but I do remember what happened. Strange huh? Heres what I remember: I had dropped my wallet somewhere. I realized it somewhere later on in my dream journey and than turned around to go get it. I didn't find it where I had dropped it but persisted in looking. Somone had picked it up! I found the guy and took my wallet back, only to find that all the money was gone out of it. I than asked him to re-imburse me, but he said he had spent all of it and didn't have any more to give me. I than complained about how I was going to use the money for painball stuff. (haha I really am going to use the money for paintball stuff in real life, a barrel and a regulator for those of you who are interested ) That's all I remember. I'm glad I rememberd somthing though... usually when I wake up and dont have any reccolections its a lost cause. Theres the end of that dream... I think once again this signifies that I hang out with the wrong people and do the wrong thing sometimes...[/color] [/b] I think its interesting how our subconsious mind will put things like this into our dreams. I was a stoner of about 2 years smoking everyday all day long and just resently sobered up, and let me tell you its much better being sober than stoned. Not trying to be your mother but what I've learned from smoking is that I get absolutly nothing done and the last two years of my life was literally "wasted" away. DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 7/27/2006: Ok well I'm kind of frustrated because every time I set my alarm to wake me up at 5 AM so I can start WILDing, my body says no whenever the alarm comes on and I turn it off and go back to sleep. lol go figure. Oh well, tonight i'm going to force myself to get up and than i'll hopefully do it. Anyways heres the only dream I remember from last night/this morning: I was at school, even though it didn't look like school, and I was with a few of the kids that I normally hang out with. Well we were just hangin out, and I remember that I began to hover over one of my friends, and than he kicked me. "Kinda felt good even though it hurt!" I told him. He than made a motion with his hand to suggest that I had been drinking. (Like an invisible bottle that he acted like he was drinking from.) I than swore that I hadn't been drinking. Than we raced down the hallway, me and 2 of my friends, on chairs with wheels. I also recall the setting of a dream that was forgotten except for the setting.. strang huh? Here it is: I remember a big ship, and lots of palm trees, like in Pirates of the Carribean. Thats all haha. DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 7/29/2006: Now I know you're all dissapointed there wasn't an entry yesterday I was at my friends house and didn't have a chance to keep a journal online or off. So here are the dreams that I remember from last night, only one really, and very faint at that... I can slowly feel my recall improving however so thats good. Alright here goes: I remember sitting on the floor in my room, and feeling almost high if you will. Very lethargic and lazy, and in a very fine daze. I was sitting there, and I looked down at the carpet to see a large spider and a bug I couldn't identify bigger than my hand sitting there. I became frightened almost, but not as much as I would in a nightmare. I couldn't move however because of the daze that was going on. I than remember being at a restraunt... (strange huh?) and my dad was telling me to snap out of it. That's all I remember, I know that when I woke up I rememberd much more but it dissapeared in a split second. Probably because I opened my eyes. Dontcha hate when that happens? Expect another entry tomorrow morning!

DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 7/30/2006: Id like to start by saying I had my first lucid in like a week and a half! whoop whoop! I didn't remember any other dreams from last night - I might have been able to had I not gotten out of my bed immedeatley after having the dream to jump up and down in pure bliss. This was a short one, but lucids are nice no matter how long they are. On that note, here it is: I was outside of my friend Joe's house, but somehow I acknowledged that it was my house. It was dark night. I was getting ready to climb into one of the windows downstairs at ground level. As I was doing so I did a random reality check. (They pay off people! Keep doin em!!!) I immedeatley noticed, wait a minute, I can breathe through my nose even when I plug it up with my fingers! So I did another reality check, and sure enough, I was in a dream. Everything around me became immedeatley more life like and vivid. I proceeded at that point to tell my cousin (she's never out here in Colorado at our house so this is strange) and sister that I was in a dream! I vaguely recall my sister saying something like "Yeah cool isn't it!?". After that, I kept telling myself it was a dream as to not lose lucidity so early on in this wonderful dream land. I than told myself out loud "When I turn around, Ginna will be there." (unfortunately my dream-self is much hornier than my real-life self - Ginna is a friend of mine from school, and shes extremely gorgeous.) And sure enough, my dream control being superb, I turn around the corner to find Ginna lookin good. I than do something obscene and than proceed to get on the internet and go to Dream Views!! I feel extatic because someone has looked at my dream journal. Woot! That's when I woke up. SHIT! What a short dream. Oh well, a lucid dream is a lucid dream. I'll try and have a WILD tonight, I haven't given that a shot in a while... i'll let you folks know how that goes - thanks for reading and expect another entry tomorrow morning!!

Just like to apologize to all my avid readers out there if you exist, sorry for not posting in a couple of weeks! I have had a few lucids inbetween now and than but I can't remember enough of any of them at the current time to post them just yet... you can expect more frequent posting now that im not getting ready for school all the time and stressing out as much. DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 8/15/2006 Well I only remembered a little bit of one dream from last night... I haven't been putting any effort into my dream journal for like the past 2 weeks or so but i'd like to get my recall back up again... here goes: I was in a bakery of some sort, and all I remember was the attendant selling me a massive cinnamon roll. I'm talkin massive, like bigger than my head and your head combined. I felt intimidated by the cinnamon roll, and she said I couldn't eat it all but I think I had to prove I could. Wierd huh? Yeah I hope I remember more than just little scenes like that tonight... Ill letcha know tomorrow, thanks for reading!

DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 8/19/2006: 2 dreams that I remember perticularly well, and I guess they were both lucid - I don't know how I was induced into the state of lucidity, the dreams just kind of started out that way or I only remember from the point of lucidity. Maybe my first succesfull MILD's? I'm not sure. Here are the dreams: 1. I'm at my school, and with a bunch of my friends, and from what I can remember we were doing things to pull pranks on school officials and what not... We than went for a walk in the woods and there were pot plants growing everywhere, and I picked a few of the buds from some of them and put them in my pocket while my friends waited for me. Thats all I remember from that dream, I guess it wasn't lucid afterall. Wierd. The next dream is perticularly strange, because some of it could plausibley happen. 2. I am in a dream, lucid, but I am picturing myself lying on my bed sleeping. I am talking outloud to my sister, who is for some reason sitting next to me, about how I am having a really cool dream. (sleep talking basically.) I tried to fly multiple times but none were very successful, except for one time when me and my friend Travis held hands and flew toghether, which was strange because I could only fly when holding his hand. I fell a few times (and got that wonderful stomach sensation). This was not a dream that I controlled particularly well, and the lucidity was on and off the whole time. I tried to take a few moments in the dream to examine the world around me, look at my hand, try to increase vivdness however possible. I even rubbed the back of my hands for a while trying to increase vividness, which worked for a few seconds but wore off quite quick. Thanks for reading, expect another entry tomorrow!

DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 8/21/2006: Well I had one dream and one dream fragment that I can remember from last night, and no dreams from the night before, which frustrates me, but what can yah do? Here's the dream: I am at an amusement park with my friends Travis and Alec, and some new freshman girl that I don't know very well. SO. We all roll joints and smoke them before getting on this easy going ferris wheel type thing, and it is extremely fun for the mildness of it. (I went on the ride a few times and each time it was different.) I went on it again with Alec. However, and it had loops and spins and flips in it this time, and it was a roller coaster, not a ferris wheel. As the coaster went through its first flip, I felt myself slowly slipping out of the seat... and than I was flung into the ocean. (this amuzement park was in Florida, I live in Colorado, how this happened, I don't know haha.) I than had to swim all the way back to the amuzement park and was scared of sharks the whole time, because as I explained later to my Dad, "There's an abundance of sharks off the south coast of Florida! I could've died!" Well, than my dad paid our "nanny" (we don't have a nanny. dreams are wierd.) To find out how we could sue the theme park for having such a shitty ride. Well, I could only sue them if I wanted to fly to England in the middle of the week to meet with the english parliament. Go figure. That's all I remember, but it was longer than I usually remember dreams and the vividness wasn't to bad either. I won't include the dream fragment I had because it was basically just me becoming lucid. I don't remember the rest of the dream, what a bummer. Expect another entry tomorrow!

DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 8/23/2006 Had a few dream fragments last night. Here ya go: I was hanging out with this freshman and she said "kiss me without tongue" (i know this is strange but w/e its a dream, its allowed to be strange) and so I did, but slipped a lil tongue anyways. Not much but It's better than nothing... Heres number 2: I was going to hang out with my friend Alec, and I asked my Dad to pack up my laptop so I could take it over to Alec's for some reason... However, I forgot I had a small bag of bud in my computer bag and I was afraid my Dad would find it but he didn't. That's all. Once again, another marijuana reference in my dreams... wierd. Expect another entry tomorrow!

DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 8/26/2006: UGH its like I cant remember dreams except for every other night... what gives? Oh well, here's the dream and dream fragment I remember from last night... So I remember a steep incline. Not 90 degrees quite, enough so that one could almost walk up it, but had to use ones hands as well. So. I'm going up this incline, I have no idea where it leads, and off to my right is a drop off. (Wish I would have remembered the lucid task for this month of jumping off a cliff...) And I'm climbing and climbing untill I finally reach the top of this incline. It's just a flat area with a big blue lake off to the left, and lots of people are kayaking in it. I see a girl I know from camp run up to me and gives me a hug and what not, and than I sit down and my computers there. I dont know why. The girl that I just met from camp than starts talking to me on AIM... while standing right behind me and using a bowflex. (strange, I know, I remember asking her on AIM what are you doing? And I turned around and she was working out. lol) And than I see some guy just get done climbing the incline I did, and he jumps off the cliff! I than go to the bottom of the incline to see where the cliff jumps off to, but it's only like a 4 foot drop and it goes into a restraunt like Bennigans. Wierd. So I talk to the people in the restraunt about how I should have jumped off the cliff. Me and a waiter get into a nice discussion about how metaphorically we usually never "jump off the cliff" and regret it later... kinda funny. Thats that dream... I wish I could remember dreams this lengthy every night of the week. Heres a few fragments I had from last night: I had a dream with violence. That's all I know, I don't remember anything about what happened. ...and I had another one earlier, but it escapes me right now Expect another entry tomorrow!

DREAMS. JUST DREAMS. Well since I suck at consistantly posting in this thing Ill just tell you a bunch of dreams ive been having lately, starting with one about a clown Spynx. Yeah, it gets better, read on: I was in a dream in my house. I my family room looked normal, even though the floor was my lawn, and not the hardwood. I noticed that there was a hole in it, kind of like a den. I kept noticing it got bigger and bigger. A big animal must live in there, I thought. Eventually I shown a flashlight into it, and stomped over it. I saw somthing deep inside the hole begin to stir. Eventually what looked like a mountain lion, with a humans head, and an afro, covered in blue and red paint, came out. It was extremely frightening. I somehow managed to kick it out of my house and than watched as it was outside my door banging with its fists, threatening me with my life. It was passionately angry at me, and its eyes turned red and it grew long sharp fangs. there appeared a knife in my hand, and i tried stabbing it through the door multiple times to kill it. This never worked. I was scared because I knew it was going to break in, and I then thought "Gee sure is good im dreaming" I then enjoyed one orgasmic and lovely split second of lucidity as I awoke. Sure am glad im lucky enough to have had that one. DAMNIT. UHHH I guess thats the only dream I can remember from the past like 3 weeks? Once again, ill try and keep writing in here... im obviously having trouble with that... o well. Happy dreaming.

DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 11/4/06: Well, I was under the impression that I posted these dreams a few days ago but I guess there was an error or somthing... anyways here are dreams from the nights of 11/4 and the last few nights as well. I dreamt that I was riding a school "train" home from school. It felt like I was on the school bus, but it was really a fancy train. I was sitting in what looked like a nice dining car or somthing with all my peers from school. I remember recognizing the passing scenery as being from downtown, even though it did not really look like that. (wierd, but you know how sometimes places "feel" different then how they look? ) I then saw another school train with the words "Academy School District 20" on the side, which is my school district, except this train looked more like a roller coaster and was on a track like a roller coaster as well. I then made a joke (I cant remember what I said) and the people on my "bus" laughed. I then remember standing on a bridge in what also felt like downtown, and kind of looked like it to, and there was a contest to see who could take the most drugs. I wanted to enter to show off. I remember wearing a coat that I don't own. Kind of a wierd dream... I don't like dreams that have anything to do with drugs, I have those a lot. Heres a few more from the following nights: DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 11/5/06: I dreamt that I was hanging out with some girls from school that I never hang out with, and wouldn't even if I could, they are kind of wierd. Anyhow, we were walking through this neighboorhood in these backyards of peoples homes in the dark, and I think we were looking for a place to blaze it. I then remember being in a small room, maybe in an apartment, and we were stoned. I then remember going outside, and we were in the same neighboorhood as earlier, and I looked at the scenery only to see this big mountain with some wierd Mayan ruins on the side or somthing, so I concluded we were in Brazil. (I dont know why it was Brazil, dreams are wierd haha) Another stupid damn drug dream. I don't know why I have so many of these, I dont like them... blah. Heres another from this night: Dreamt I was in a car with my Dad in the front seat with some otehr guy ive never met before, and me in the back. It was dark outside. My Dad was sweating a lot and looked stressed. The guy said my Dad had done drugs for a long time and that he was overdosing right then and there. I felt really sad and bad for my Dad that he had to go through that. I think there was more to the above one, but it was a few nights ago so I don't really remember. Heres dreams from the 7th and then from the 8th: DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 11/7/06: Had a dream that I was in Florida on the coast at my friends house. His house was small, but the dream was set in his "backyard" which was on the coast. His backyard was a fenced in area which was probably only like 40 square feet, except there was a big orange roller coaster that went out over the water that started in his back yard. I did it a few times, but it changed each time I rode it. (To bad this didn't make me become lucid... dream me is so dumb.) I got that famous falling feeling in my stomach when I rode the roller coaster. I then remember there being some kind of dunk tank in this backyard where you through something at a target and it dunked a person into the water.... wierd. My friends Mom was also there. A wierd dream again. Heres the one from last night: DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 11/8/06: Dreamt I was at my church. My friend was in a nice gold dress in front of the congregation in the sunday school, and as she walked in front of everyone someone tore her dress of in front of everyone so her boobs showed. I then remember going into the basement of my church, and there was the feeling that someone was down there who wanted to hurt me or do me harm. The lights in the basement suddenly went off for a few minutes, and I commented to the person I was with it was scary and we needed to be ready to fight this guy who was going to try and kill us or whatever. SO. The lights came back on and thats all I remember. Kind of a scary dream. I usually become lucid in nightmares if they get too bad... unfortunately this wasn't one of those dreams. DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 11/9/06: Quite a wierd dream, I've had one kind of like it before but this was different. I don't remember a whole lot, but a little, enough to find it strange, naturally. Here goes: I was with my friend Alec, I think, and we were over near his house in the foothills. I was looking over at the mountains and this big target un-raveled about 4 miles away (it was a huge target) and then all these different colored smoke granades started going off all over the place: near us, far way, basically all over the entire area, and than these guys with guns produced themselves out of thin air and started shooting at the massive target. I remember thinking it might have been a drill that the Academy was running (I live near the Air Force Academy) That's all I remember. Kind of a funny dream I guess now that I reflect on it. I can't see any evident change in my recall as of yet, but I think it will get better, I remember a dream every night now. Expect another entry tomorrow.

DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 11/12/06: No dreams the last few nights except for last night. Here it is: Dreamt I was at school or somthing, and then this kid I know and don't like to much named Paul came up and said he wanted to fight me. I fought him and then kicked his ass, and then his remains were on a plate (your guess is as good as mine) and I then threw the plate out onto my patio and broke it and I had officially kicked his ass. haha. I then talked to my friend Stuart later and said "Hey dude I kicked Pauls ass" and then he said "Me too dude!" and we laughed, only to realize Paul was right next to us and heard the whole conversation. I love wierd dreams. Dreams in general are good, im ticked my recall isnt improving... expect another entry tomorrow.

DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 8/8/2008: It's been a while. Last night I had a series of intense dreams right before I woke up, and I was so convinced a few of them were real that I was really upset when I first woke up and was in a sort of half-awake state, you know the sort. But anyways, I was dreaming about this kid that I barely know named Craig, and we were in some strange room with a few friends, I can't remember who, watching a video of this guy Craig smoking weed throughout the times, and we were making fun of him for being such a stoner loser. Why there was a video of the various times he smoked weed I do not know, dreams are weird, yes? While I was entranced with watching this movie, someone handed me a pipe, and I smoked the whole bowl without even realizing what I was doing. (I don't smoke weed anymore, and am on random drug tests, so this was sort of a big deal) When I realized what I had done, I became very shameful and was apprehensive and depressed about my next drug test, and awoke feeling the same, thinking I had actually smoked for some reason. Had other dreams too, I KNOW IT, just cant remember them. poo.

DREAMS FROM THE NIGHT OF 8/9/2008: Had a nice juicy long dream towards the end of the night. The beginnings sort of hazy, but I remember lots as it goes on. The first I can remember is driving on a road near my house, and I have the impression we were going on a camping trip. I was with a couple of my friends. All of a sudden and for reasons i'm not sure, probably because he thought it would be funny, my friends threw a large inflatable yellow raft out of the sun roof of the car we were in, going about 40. I look behind us, and someone in a truck going the opposite direction pulls off quickly and turns around, following us. The next I remember, we were driving by a park near my home and there was a massive playground with tons of kids on it, and there were large tubes in different colors and sizes that doesnt look anything like the playground usually does. The tubes went a few stories up and were crazy looking. I remember thinking I wanted to play on them some time because it looked crazy. We were still in the car, and we drove up the field starting up a mountain. We were stopped all of a sudden, and the park wasn't but 50 feet behind us, but this was our campsite. I walked back to the park and a few pretty girls I know were coming to the park. they said to me "You look like someone from kiss" and I asked what they meant, and I took it as an insult because I looked nothing like anyone from the band kiss. (lol that part is funny in retrospect, I have no idea how my train of thought went on such a subject.) I hugged both of them, and they fell over saying I hurt them. I acted like I didn't know what they were talking about because there's no way I injured them like that just by giving them a hug. It was bullshit. Then, The cops came and went up the campsite, so I went back up there, to find some weird building that wasn't there originally, and in it, the cops were questioning my friends about the raft incident. Another really weird dream. Didn't have any general direction or plot but it was a wacky world that isn't anything like the waking world. so it was kind of cool but very bizzare. I'm starting to get better recall, and my dreams are getting longer and longer so thats tight. Anyways. TTYL JOURNAL

Dreamt that I was with my friend carly, and I somehow knew i was dreaming. I started taking off her clothes and messing around with her and laughing playfully as my friends stood by and watched 2. it was a strange dream
