      Dream Journal for the sleepless.

      I hardly sleep...so they may be short dreams.
      Plus...my recall is in the trash.

      3.31.09- Five hours of sleep.
      All I saw in my dream was a flash of white...it stayed that way or awhile, but I could see a young man in the distance, noting else. He was on a black cell phone calling me, he looked scared and angry. My dream had the feeling that it would end bad. I was woken up before anything could happen.

      My recall is crap.
      -All I can remember out of maybe three or four dreams was, I was standing in my room, nothing changed I was looking at my wall...still in the pj's I went to bed in.

      Hope my recall gets bettter.

      Nap, three hours.
      - I got stabbed in the hand with a needle by my teacher. She injected me with yellow thick goo that was for the the veggies we were growing, I got so mad.
      I woke up.

      May not seem like alot, but my recall is improving.

      I got lucid!
      I was being attacked, I looked at the two guys and was terrified, because I had this dream before. I was going to die. Then I had a thought, Why am I scared?
      Do a reality check.
      "Im lucid!"

      I got to excited. I woke up.

      Keep up the good work, try drawing your dreams and posting them. I know you have a hard time verbalizing them.
