Thread: Mind Babble

sometimes the more i think about my dreams, the less i can remember. last night was no exception. i barely remember anything.

i do remember, though, the overall feeling of my dream was sad. i remember there were some woods where houses should be on the other side of Baum Blvd and i had to walk down that dirt road to get to a mixology class that was in the woods back there. there were a couple houses in this clearing and apparently connor was having a concert there so there were a lot of people drinking and getting rowdy. i think the police came but i was 21 so i didnt really care. i do remember walking home in the rain and the road was all muddy and i could barely walk.

then the next day i had to go to my mixology class that jackie was teaching and i went to one of those houses in the clearing and i was taking off my muddy boots and matt beall was there and said both of his parents died and we cried and decided to skip class. we gathered up our books. mine had paper taped to each one saying what i had to do for the next class. i think i was back in college cause i started getting kinda stressed about it.

anyways we left and it was raining again but we didnt care. we held hands and walked arbitrarily in the rain and went down baum towards qdoba and there were police and some cars. it looked like an accident. we were walking past and the one officer was welding something but it burts the tire and shrards from it hit me and i fell to the ground and i was crying.

i then remember i was dreaming and i was embarassed to cry in front of matt beall so i woke myself up.

i then remembered i wanted to lucid dream and change something, but i looked at my alarm and i only had 5 mins till it went off, so i just got up.

starting a night-stand dream journal for middle of the night dreaming. we'll see how this works out

i woke up in the middle of the night to a text from someone and i had to pee, so i got up and did my business and sat around for a minute or two before i went back to sleep in hopes that'd help my recall, but i think i woke too early in my cycle.

anyways, i kind of remember part of one dream. the setting was a band concert or something, but we were never in the auditorium. i remember there was this big deck on the side of a mountain with pittsburgh beneath. it was raining (again.) and bethany was there for a minute. the deck was attached to this building complex of like 5 buildings. one of the building's interior looked like missy's old house. i remember going into her old living room and drew warble was there looking through everyone's coats for his. i asked him if he wanted me to come the next day to help clean up.

i then remember grabbing my coat and wanting to leave, but i couldnt find bethany so i was searching around all the buildings. i went back to the deck area and down the steps to the lobby and some people were sitting there and said that someone else was just looking for bethany too. JDubb got up to help me find her when sarah wight came up to us and asked us if we saw bethany cause she found her shoes.

the dream kind of fades away after this

last night was patchy

i remember being on a high cliff with connor and looking down on a hotel. he was a lot younger though, like 6 or 7 and i was my age now (21).


next dream i remember being on the slopes and a guy had a full body hot purple camo snow suit.

next dream it was still snowing but i was moving all my stuff from my apartment to this disgusting and small one that hand angled walls. there were no right angles in this room. my cousins neil and tim and this mystery person were all there helping me move with their truck. we stopped at a mcdonalds on the way but my aunt and uncle (neil and tim's parents) found us and hijacked the truck with all the stuff in it. we started walking then and got to this shed that my stepdad uses for old stuff that still works. (this is not a real place). anyways, we went in and the walls were lined with old vacuum cleaners and hockey sticks and whatnot. we loaded up a wagon with stuff and attached 5 horses to it and we all piled in. as we were making our getaway we got pulled over by a cop on a horse and she said we were being too hard on the horses' mouths. she was trying to teach whoever was driving how to do it, but i could feel my aunt and uncle catching up to us so i grabbed one of the horses and saddled up and was riding it around the area for a bit until i made my get away. she kept biting at the strings of the bottom of my jeans. i scratched her rump to get her to calm down and she turned around and started itching herself nearly throwing me off.

then i woke up because i realized i forgot to set my alarm.
