Going to keep one. Hopefully it will help me become lucid for the first time.
Day 1: No dreams that i can remember.
Days 2-4: No dreams that i can remember. Used the alarm technique and 61-point relaxation.
Day 5: Vague sexual dream. It's a start. =)
Days 6-7: No dreams. Hypnosis used.
Day 8: Vague dream. Family guy? Hypnosis used.
Day 9: No dreams. Hypnosis used.
Day 10: I was on top of a large freefall in this one. It was very vivid ;D Hypnosis half-used. Was too lazy to complete it lol.
Day a long time after this: Scheduled myself to go over to my friends house.. in my dream o.o
