Well I am sad to report no luck with lucidity last night. Instead, I completely spaced and didn't even have dream recall. Grrrrr...

All righty...
It started out non lucid. I was sitting up in the mountains with some friends about to set out rock climbing, when we heard a tremendous roar. My friends all screamed to run and hide the Dragon had awoke. I scrambled to hide with them then I froze. Dragon? A dragon...? Oh yeah. I is now ready to watch this go down. I grabbed my gear and ran to the rock face and madly scrambled up to see the dragon, much to the protests of my friends. When I reach a cave with a sizable ledge on the cliff face, I hoist myself up. The dragon hears me coming and roars again. I call softly to it and ask him very politely to come out. A head attached to a long neck slowly emerges from the cave. It is a glossy black dragon, with grey scales on it's crest leading up to silver spikes of horns prottruding from it's head down it's spine. I notice they are spaced far enough apart for a person to fit in between comfortably. I introduce myself and ask for the dragon's name. It is a he and he tells me his name is Shadow. I then ask him to come all the way out of the cave. He is enormous! There is a hollow where his neck and back meet, that looks perfect for a rider. I ask if I could have a ride on his back and he of course says yes. We went every where and even at my request he dove underwater with me and that was so exhilerating. It was like riding a giant scaled submarine going 80 mph underwater! From here we fly up into the sky and play with the clouds. I end up waking up from a sudden noise outside my bedroom. The dream was so cool, that I immediatley grabbed a pen and paper and began to write about a dragon, but not my dream. It is in prose form, but I think it is still very cool. It turned out more like an epic than a story.

Well I had an interesting dream involving an actor, I gained lucidity, and it got even more interesting. No need to elaborate.

Well I was busy with horses since about 7 this morning so this is the first chance I've had at the computer all day.

I dreamt I was living all alone in a strange yet very large hut on an island in the middle of a bog. I was wearing tartans and knee high supple leather boots. I had a menagerie of birds and a small gray cat. I also had a small boat to get around. It was a very interesting dream and when I woke up from it this morning I thought about the dream and had an overwhelming sense of deja vu.

Throughout the whole dream I was just doing random chores necessary for everyday living and tending to the animals and a garden that I had full herbd and vegetable and certain types of flowers as well like Arnica, Calendula and Chammomile.

Well my dreams consisted of me back at high school *visible shudder* and I can't remember much more than repeating boring school routines.

I was dreaming of my current crush and we were just having fun sitting on a pier and we were talking. There were a lot people milling around in the streets behind us and there were bands taking turns playing. While we were talking it sounded like a metal very similar to Disturbed, but it was a song I'd never heard before.

But anyway we were talking about how we had been friends for so very long and how we had been thorugh a lot together and such. Right then I realized we were at the Warf Tour, and it was Disturbed playing, and I wasn't watching them! I like this guy a lot but not enough to pass up a chance at Disturbed. I then froze. I now had to choices, go to a dream concert of Distubed and hear new songs that won't exist when I wake up, or stay right here in this perfectly secluded romantic spot with the sun now convienently setting over the water and take adavantage of my dream crush. I grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and drug him with me to watch the band play. I said "Come on! Disturbed is playing their new songs!" He's then stopped listened and was like "Holy shit you're right! Why are you just standing there move, move, move!" So I watched a concert and hung out with him and we went and moshed too. I decided I'd take advantage of the situation only a little while in the mosh pit, and told him while in here we should hold hands so we don't get separated. He said it was a great idea.

I didn't fall asleep. I stayed up all night long, and plan on catching some sleep later on tonight.

Been rough. Yesterday and the day beofre that I got about 6 hours of sleep combined. My gran fell from a ladder while cleaning the gutters broke something. Very tired I think I'm going to go to sleep now, I don't care what time it is.

So, I dreamt of me playing the guitar at home, but I don't play very well, but in my drem I did! And I was playing when all of the sudden my crush comes up and puts a hand on my shoulder. I turn and look at him and he leans down and kisses me! I was loving every second of it till I felt guilty for kissing. I don't even know why I did but I did. I pulled away from him and asked him to sit down and play the guitar some. He gladly obliged, and I just spent the rest of the dream brooding and watching him play the guitar. It was kinda depressing.

Been busy but last nights dream was about me being a really good photographer. I worked for a magazine and I was their best photographer. They asked me to go photograph all sorts of exotic locations all around the world. It was so very cool, funny too because for awhile I wanted to be a photographer, in a way I guess I still do.

Well I was on hiatus, but now I have returned. I'm just going to account for my most recent dream.

I was sitting on a rock in the middle of this huge desert like prairie. I was afraid to touch the ground for some reason, but I finally got the courage to get off the rock. The ground in the distance suddenly bulged and move toward me. I of course screamed and went right back to the rock. I then wondered what the hell it was in the ground. I got off the rock again and decided to stand and wait for it. I saw it coming and it was moving faster than the last time. Suddenly the ground broke about 30 feet away from me and the thing was visible. It was a huge black smoke like shadow that was solid at it's center but I couldn't see what it was. I raised a hand and firmly yelled "STOP!" and watched the creature come to a halt. I stepped forward and decided to touch the creature and see what it's center was. I reached my hand through the smoke and when my hand came to rest upon it's actual flesh, I was filled with sharp jolting, electric pain that burned like fire all the way through my body. I broke contact and managed to stand up after collapsing from the pain and saw the creature had gone.

Then I awoke; a very curious dream indeed.

I had dreamt that I was outside in the middle of the night and I was surrounded by tons of people. There were torches and such in the ground to light the circle I was standing in which was all flattened grass. I was wearing a belly dancing outfit: a long floor length, dark blue skirt with a coin hip scarf that was silver. My top was a long flowing sleeved blue and silver stripped, and it stppoed just below my breasts. I was just standing there wondering what the hell was going to happen next, then as if in answer, drums began to keep a beat and I knew I should be dancing but I couldn't move because I had ropes around my ankles (which appeared out of no where). I then took a deep breath and the ropes were gone. I smiled and began to dance. The drum beats intensified about halfway through the dance and I sped up, dancing faster, and I even began to sing a wordless melody as I danced. The drums sped even faster and so did I when we both came to halt. I finished the dance and people clapped and whooped. Then my crush walked out of the circle of people and kissed me in front of everyone, and mores whoops sounded along with some howls and wolf whistles. We stopped kissing, and just walked off and found ourselves at a river. I of course wake up to the sound of a ringing cell phone.

I stayed up night on the phone... Oh well.

All I can remember is candles, I remember tons of candles of every size color and shape. It was kinda strange, but they were placed all around as if to make a shape.

I had the coolest dream about getting to go to an Evanescence concert. I'm moshing in the crowd screaming and having so much fun and I thought I wanna be able to sing with Amy Lee on stage. So I did. Amy reached into the crowd grabbed my hand and pulled me up onto the stage. We both sang Good Enough and Sally's Song and a few others. It was very cool then I wanted to sing with other beloved artists of mine. I switched it up and then I was singing with the Andrews Sisters! We sang my favorite songs like Rum and Cocacola, Boogie Woogie Boy, Mr. Sandman, and Anything You Can Do. Next I sang with the Red Hot Chili Peppers on Dani California, and a whole bunch more. It was so damn cool.

Long drive to Vancouver and I slept like a rock... end of story.

Had a dream that I lost my voice and that I couldn't get anybody to understand, very frustrating.

Well I can't seem to get myself a lucid dream. It's like I'm either sleeping to deep or too light, I think it is the latter. I'm gonna have to catch up on this when I get home. I don't even remember any dreams I had from last night.

Well aside from gettin accosted, groped and losing all sleep, I guess I'm okay. I'm so tired and I haven't been remebering my dreams so I haven't been updating my journal. I'll try and get some sleep tonight and see what I come up with now that I'm home in my own bed.

I actually had some success last night. I managed to not just remember my dream, but turn it into a lucid. I was standing in front of a large old door, the kind you'd see in an old castle. I remember feeling so angry that it wouldn't open. I then relaxed and thought "Open!" And swung inward slightly. Inside was a beautiful crystalline sculpture of a woman whose hair looked like flames. Her eyes were like amethyst, and the way it was sculpted it looked like her dress was floating in the wind. The sculputre looked as though she was standing in a pool of water, with vines trailing up her legs. She also had what looked like a lightning bolt on her midrift. I thought it was so beautiful, so I reached out to touch it and suddenly I was overwhelmed with all these feelings, emotions, and strangely hot and cold flashes. I then woke up.

I'd like to see if I can draw her if I can.

Well I actually remembered this one but it wasn't lucid, but it is really long.

I was on a bus with a bunch of other people my age and we were touring San Francisco. Our bus driver was an older guy with a personality remminiscent to Doc from the Back to the Future movies. We were smiling and having so much fun. We stopped and got out at a mall (which looked a lot like the local mall at home) and then my dream scenes switched.

I was back in highschool and I was walking to the usual spot fro lunch with my friends that was a few blocks away. Suddenly my ex pull up with everyone else in the car and offers to give me a ride (like we always used to do). I was so shoked that I was seeing him after 4 months that I just stood there dumbly. I was so conflicted a ride would have been nice but I didn't want to give him any ideas that we were getting back together. While I was standing there he got all pissed off and said "Fine then!" and started to drive away I ran after and called out to him telling him to wait.

It's night now and we're on a different street and no friends are in the car. He said something mean that made me so angry and hurt at the same time that I yelled back at him and reached into the car and slapped him. He drove away like a bat outta hell and I stood there numb again. I finally broke and in the middle of the empty street curled into a ball and sobbed. The sadness and the pain was almost overwhelming. I finally got it together and sat on the curb trying to tie my shoes when a woman walks out of the house across the street and says "It's okay I saw everything. You need a place, come on inside Suzy is waiting for you." I grabbed my hat which wasn't there before and my mom's old purse (which wasn't there before either) and headed inside. Inside my friedn Rachel was actually there, but she was being called Suzy. She told me she had to go to work but that she would be back soon, and that the woman was her mom.

I set my things dow and her mom and I sat in a dim lit kitchen and talked. She made me something sweet to eat, and gave me some coffee. Suddenly my friends dad was there and then my mom showed up. She was as calm as could be, then suddenly we were all at the table together and they were talking about something.

My mom and I were somewhere else suddenly. It was the home of a long time child hood friend that I hadn't seen in 7 years. My friend Lindsay was leading us to there loft where her dad made small one person jets. They were just toys to fly around in for fun but Lindsay was afraid of them for some reason, she didn't want to fly. So my mom and I flew in them and suddenly we were all in a garage converted to a family type of thing. Lindsay was there with one of her younger sisters and her parents. My mom was there too as well as some woman everyone tried to avoid. I went and sat outside and suddenly had a baby in my arms that I was trying to calm down and get to go to sleep. I asked the baby if it wanted to go put the seats down in the car and go to sleep there. It nodded to me and I was like okay, let's go then. We got there and it was dark again and I was trying to clam the baby down again. There were friendly people outside just chatting but the baby was terrified of them and didn't want me to let go.

Then out of nowhere this evil sounding voice calls out and says something to the effect of you all will die, none can escpae me, blah, blah, blah. I'm on a bus again instead of the car with the baby and there are these people that are behaving like vampires, wanting at the baby, there are only three of them. The main one is the annoying woman from the garage no one wanted to talk to, and the other is her son, someone I had supposedly know since grade school. She says some things I can't quite remember and forces me to hand the baby over. She's cooing over the baby nd is about to leave and I say wait. I grabbed out of thin air a wierd oversized mechanical pencil and act likeI'm offeing it to the baby but use it like a stake on the baby stealing vampire. The third unknown vampire gets the impromtu stake next but her son I left alone and he thanks me and flees.

Is't dawn and the bus is moving down a long road, out in the middle of nowhere. My friends from the San Francisco trip are there and are watching me hold the baby with proud smiles. There vampire bodies are still there and haven't disintegreted like the should. I was talking to my friends saying "How I am going to deal with that, what if someone sees it? I'll go to jail." They say they won't say anything about it, and they look towards our driver. The nice older guy, looks at me through his mirror and smiles saying "What do I know? No one would belive me even if I wanted to tell."

And then I woke up. The most troubling part of the dream is the ex boyfriend part. I had not felt that sad, or anguished over him since I broke up with him and went throught his stage of getting rid of everything he ever gave me and sobbing, and not eating anything, or coming out of my room. It was more like grieving over someone who had died, but then again I trusted him and I loved him, and he screwed up big time. I woke up and could feel dried tears on my face, and my eyes were sore and stung like I had been crying. I thought I was intially over it but I guess some part of me still grieves over him in my freaking sleep. I haven't seen or talked to him in 4 months, I don't even know if he is still missing me or has moved on and got a new girlfirend yet. That part of the dream really fucking sucked.

Well, no depressing ex bf dreams, but I did have an odd dream about going to a college class, and a swat team busting in and hauling the teacher off. Next a man in a suit came in and said that our teacher was a terrorist and was being taken into custody, and since we were his students we had to be detained as well till we could be fully question, and then a gps device inserted under our skin. I called bullshit on that and disapeared. It was like an astral projection in my dream except my body disapearded in the dream too (obviously not an actaul ap, just what I could think of the explain my disapearance in the dream, it was an interesting concept). I was still looking into the room but I wasn't visible, yet i don't think I was invisible. I imagined grabbing a felow student's hand, and the student I touched winked out too. Eventualy the whole class winked out much to the shock and horror of the suit dude. I felt the others just leave but I messed with the suit by making objects disapear and rematerialize. He ran out of the room screaming.

Hoh damn, I now officially have a school time job and classes in college... YAY!

Anyways, my dreams have been really mirroring my everyday life, getting too literal. I dreamt of my normal everyday routine. Must fix this and soon cause dreams are supposed to be funner or at least less real than actual life. Hmph.
