Thread: Owljs dream journal

Only remember a little bit. SRS had made up some sort of thing like our 'minutes' from our meeting and sent it to us. It said that they only wanted to speak with me from our facility and noone else. I don't know why I would have dreamt this at all. It was just a short snip-it.

Just remember a little part where our bird got crushed by the cage door and died.

In my dream I wanted to fill the kids' pool. We had bought them a new pool but it started raining lightly. So, I went walking down the country road. I came upon a spot that was flooded with water in a deep ditch and there was an elephant bathing in it (which is hecka weird... not a lot of elephants running around Kansas). I was very excited and I wanted to run home and tell my family and remembered in my dream that my son had said that he had seen an elephant but I had not believed him (which didn't really happen... weird 'non existent' dream memory. So, I started to have the thought that the elephant may see me and he may trample me so I started to go down into a deep ravine where he couldn't see me. Something started chasing me and I climbed a tree... I saw the thing chasing me was a woman who was behaving as an animal and chasing me around. Then I looked ahead and on the road between me and my house/ family there was a line of elephants as far as the eye could see in each direction. I was scared of them and afraid that they would see me and come off of their path. A few of them turned my way and looked angry but they continued to walk. Then I woke up.

One thing that elephants represent is memory. I know that whenever animals appear in my dreams, they are significant. After some thought, I believe this has to do with repressed memories.... also significant that they were blocking me from my home.
