NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

This was done in an afternoon nap, at around four o'clock.
I'm running at superhuman speeds in a forest towards a specific destination. I'm with a group of people, or rather aliens. They're blue anthromorphic people that are running with me, reminiscent of the na'avi from James Cameron's movie Avatar. I somehow know that I'm also in their race or species. So we're running along together in this pack when another clan approaches us and joins us to where ever we're going. They have different clothing and gear on them, which is how I can tell that they're from a different clan. So our joined groups are running along again when, from our left, yet another clan approaches us, this time already running. They seem exhausted, and they tell us immediately that there is an enemy on our trail. Our new three-part clan now runs again, but this time we encounter a cliff overlook. We pull out our rappelling spears and go down the cliff, slowing down everyonce in a while. Once we're at the other end of the valley (or canyon), I begin to fall downwards, tripping. I grap onto a porous rock with lots of holes in it. I immediately reach for the big rock, and, as I latch on it's back, it starts floating. Instinctively, I jump off and land by the rest of our clan, safe. I'm puzzled by how the rock managed to float.
Then my dad shows up in the dream (in human form) and starts joining me in wondering how the floating rock worked. I suggested that the pores in it might hold some substance that's lighter than air, so it floats. Then he agrees and says something about it being similar to how fire works.
Then I got called for dinner and the dream ended. It was around 8 PM or so when I awoke.
When I told my dad that he had appeared in my dream and told him what he had said, he pointed out that that fire and lighter than air stuff was a real theory called the Phlogiston theory (disproved in 1753). I didn't even know what that was until I googled it, so that kind of creeps me out.

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

This dream happened at night, after I went to sleep at around 2 AM and before I awoke at around 10.
I remember being a student at some random school and I would walk everyday to the school, then somehow skip ahead to the next time I would walk to school and repeat the process. Seems like my dream-mind wanted me to only walk to school and nothing else.
Anyways, I walked there with someone I assumed was my friend (we were both humans in this dream). We would take a shortcut when we walked to school, going through a green field. There was a building that we would walk to the side of, but otherwise, the field was practically empty
We made it to school successfully several times in a row, but after a while, we began noticing wild animals sleeping by the building and outside, in the field. We kept going the same way, but then the animals began attacking us. They were big dogs, and I remember seeing a few foxes here and there, fleeting about. I remember getting pounced on by a big one before I managed to hit it off me. Then a couple of ice-coated foxes began swarming me and I kicked their ice-heads off. A lion ripped my head off as well, but I somehow survived.
This process of walking to school and getting attacked happened quite a few times before the dream ended. I woke up by myself, without an alarm or anything.

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

Some people, including me, are playing soccer in a small outdoor arena of sorts. The weird thing is that, instead of regular goal meshes, there are giant slanted business cards that block the ball. Next thing I know, I'm standing on the edge of a hill, facing a bridge, when my school advisor starts talking to me out of nowhere. He said something about being "nice or natural", but then I had a sudden thought. I started wondering why Helvetica was really better than Arial. Then I woke up.
Okay, maybe I should lay off the design for a little bit.

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I'm in a small cave looking around. I see these nondescript shrews hobbling about, but they don't look dangerous, so I ignore them. I see a ledge leading out of the cave, so I climb through it and walk out. Seeing pipe-shaped holes in the ground near me, I go through one feet-first. Landing in a room similar to the cave I started in (with the shrews and all), I see a snake wrapped around a pillar right near where I landed. Somewhat freaked out, I step on it to try and kill it. It reaches around with its fangs to try and bite me, but I slam my shoe on the back of its small head, pinning it down to the ground and killing it in seconds. Looking around, I see that the room has two of those pillars and each had a snake around them. Seeing as I killed the first one, I thought that the second one might be angry now. Slamming my foot on the second snake's thin body, it reaches around with its head to bite me, but I manage to step on its neck with my other foot in time to save myself. Slithering out from beneath my shoes, it waves its long neck at me threateningly. Going lucid, I begin to freak the heck out. Kicking the snake on its tail wasn't the smartest idea, as it soon began to reach at me and... it bit me.
The dream ended right after that. Great way to spend my first (semi-) LD. >_>

2/8/10 (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

This one's really weird.

So I'm in the back seat of a car with my godbrother, where his dad (aka my godfather) is driving. I have a laptop in front of me, and I'm frantically typing stuff and pushing buttons on it. As my godfather is driving, he keeps looking over his shoulder suspiciously. Somehow it dawns on me why. It turns out that instead of pirating software, I'm pirating food. Aside from the fact that it just sounds plain ridiculous, I kept on going. The car ended up crashing (albeit safely) into a wall and we all got out. Going into a hotel, I brough the laptop and we got into an elevator, where we waited to get to the top floor. Once we arrived there, a fat man asked me for my combination, so I smacked him in the face with the laptop. Right as I did that, a giant table of food appeared in the room (hence the 'food pirating,' I suppose). Thinking we were going to get caught, we all hid in the bathroom. Then my godfather started complaining, saying how he didn't trust my pirating skills from the beginning and how it's all my fault. Then my godbrother dons an FBI suit and rapells down a chute, out of the hotel. After we all do the same, the dream ends.

2/9/10 (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

The dream begins in my house, at what seems to be my birthday party (note that my birthday is in July). I'm sitting down on a couch sipping Sprite when my godbrother walks in and sits next to me. Looking to my right, I see a young girl approaching me, about to say something. I'm startled, however, when I glance the other way. To my surprise, I see that a severely obese (around the range of 500-600 lbs) woman begins flirting with my godbrother. Making all kinds of 'help' signs at me and begging me to save him, I finally do. Unfortunately, that was done by ending the dream.

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I remember going up to my mom, slapping her across the face, and yelling at her. Feeling suddenly really sorry and grief-stricken, I go to hug and comfort her. It all felt kind of like a really short nightmare.
