Vocal/17th and Main (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

The dream begins with me singing in front of several people including Katie (my friend). I'm singing for some apparent vocal coach I don't recognize, and Katie and one old reasonably fat lady with white hair and a red jacket over a black shirt and black pants are in the audience. It's a large room, about the size of the 12th street auditorium. The vocal coach sitting at the piano is playing a scale pattern of 1, 3, 2, 2, 4, 3, 3, 5, 4, and so on. I don't remember how accurately I sang until the higher notes. When it came to the higher notes, I began to be very off-pitch, and much, much louder, but almost in a joking way. The two spectators begin to chuckle, and I join them, not embarrassed at all for some reason.
Then, after that, I start walking home, in the dark, when I'm met at about 17th street on the west side of Main by several kids, some of which I've seen before at the library. One of them was named Reece (in the dream, I've never seen him before in real life. Although, he did resemble a child from the bus I ride, a generally mean-spirited little elementary schooler). He had striking red hair, bright blue eyes, a cross-hatched green/white shirt, and blue jeans. I'm wearing blue jeans and a cross-hatched blue/white shirt. After confronting the kid about how we're obviously twins (myself in the dream being very sarcastic), we walk our seperate ways. I'm asked one more question by a short, chubby black kid from the library. I can't remember what it was.
Something makes me think that the dream went on after this, but if it did, I'm unable to remember it.

Sonic/Stephanie (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

Saw Maxine (friend), her quiet friend whose name I don't yet know, and a few other people at Sonic while I was driving by. But it was the Sonic in a town about an hour and a half away. I believe Stephanie (some girl I'm acquainted with, not really friends with) was driving the vehicle. That was about it for tonight. I woke up with (1st generation) Pokemon on my mind, so I have a feeling that was involved as well, for some strange reason.

Orchestra/Petey (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

In the dream tonight, I was in orchestra, but all the chairs were reversed, and we were playing in really strange finger positions, up to the 98th (impossible). We went around discussing how we liked the song, and I said "I like the song, but the finger positions are just a bit difficult (understatement much?) Then, we went to lunch, but we went through the vocal room, where the chamber singers were practicing. We talked to the vocal teacher, Mrs. Peterson, and for some reason, she mentioned something about how, whenever she had Fruity Pebbles as a kid, she looked for the "Pebbly Eye" (apparently it was a piece of cereal that looked like the eye of the little girl, Pebbles). And now, every time she had Fruit Loops, she still had to look at the piece of cereal at the very top for the "Pebbly Eye". There was a program running on her computer with a bunch of circles growing and shrinking, all differeint colors, but always converging in one small circle, probably about a centimeter tall/wide.

That's all I can remember. I recorded this at 6:30am, so I apologize for any small typing errors.

First Taste of Lucidity (DILD)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

Tonight, I did what I always did before bed, and repeated in my head that I WILL remember my dream.
When the dream began I was playing a Tetris-like game, although it was much easier. At this point, For some reason, I realized I was dreaming. I didn't try to do much, for fear of overdoing it and losing it. So I just took my hands off the computer, and controlled the game with my mind. This lasted for about 10 seconds. Then, I lost it, and had my first false-awakening a few seconds later.
Timeskip.
Now, I'm walking home from school. I took a really weird route which I don't think was even consecutive blocks, which should have been a sign, but I didn't realize it. As I was passing the local supermarket, I saw my great grandpa driving (not unusual, he's still around). He pulled up beside me, threw me the keys to his truck, and told me that he was taking my little brother to a football game.
After this, the dream just kind of faded away.

That was a really cool experience, even though it was short and uneventful. I certainly hope it'll continue to happen so I can learn to control it.

No dream recall today. I have two big tests today at school, so the stress may be contributing to that. =(

The girl/jobs (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

Tonight in my dream, I met a new girl, whose name I don't exactly recall, but it started with Ky, and had an l and an s somewhere in there as well. She had curly red hair, she was tall and thin, had a really triangular nose (I have no idea how to explain that) and she was on the swim team at her school. Apparently, I really liked this girl. As I'm typing this, I still feel affection for her, for whatever reason. I remember something about her being from Colorado as well. I think I must have been a new kid at the school. I joined the swim team there to get to know her better.
Time skip.
My grandma and I were sitting in a McDonald's, discussing how she was going to lose her job at the hospital (one of her coworkers recently did, but there's no reason why she would). Mrs. Dare, my old middle school counselor, walked over to the table, called us back into a corner where nobody was, and told me that my application had been accepted to McDonald's (I really have applied there recently), but my grandma had been fired from the hospital.
