I had 5 lucid dreams that I can remember! I think I may have had 1 or 2 more but when I'd wake up, I just wanted to go back into another one without getting up and writing it down. Not ONCE did I start spinning out of control either
The 1st one, I was in some hotel room w/ an OLD friend and realized that it would be impossible for us to be hanging out. Did RC and became lucid. I didn't feel the need to go explore much, I knew that I would be having more lucid dreams...so instead I made myself float around the room, like there was no gravity(I did so by verbally saying out loud that it was my dream and I could control it). It was such an amazing feeling. Soon everything started to fade, although I tried to focus really hard on staying in the dream (I forgot to do a number of things such as: stabilize the dream by looking around and touching things, try and smell what the room smelled like or what temperature it was etc, rub my hands together, verbally say "dream focus", or start spinning on the spot.) I woke up. Although it could have been a FA b/c I almost immediately went back to sleep, in the exact same hotel room.
I became lucid almost immediately b/c I recognized the room from the previous lucid dream. I enjoyed floating w/o gravity so much I decided to do it again. But this time I wanted music, so I made my favorite song start playing as I jumped around the room. My friend just laughed in amusement. Soon everything faded and lost lucidness. Don't remember if I started dreaming for awhile before next lucid dream or if I woke up.
But when I did begin the 3rd lucid dream, it was in the SAME hotel room again.
This time, I remembered to stabalize. I did so by going and touching the nearest things and looking at them in detail. I touched the table against the wall, felt how cold/warm it was, and how smooth it was. Then I touched the DVD player ontop of it, same thing, felt how warm it was. I noticed it was dusty and wiped my finger along it and made a streak in the dust. I continued to touch a few other things, then knew the room was definitely stable enough. So I thought about what I wanted to do. I decided I wanted to go meet a famous celebrity who was staying in the same hotel (after all...I decided I was in Banff...and many celebrities go there for holidays). So I "found" my favorite clothes laying on the floor, and began looking for my hotel room card. Sure enough it was in my wallet. I walked out and into the hallway and started walking away when I realized I had no idea what room I was in. The dream started "shaking" like I was about to lose lucidity...so I ran up to the door and decided what room number it was. 111, no 615...how about 220. Yup 220. And the whole time I was deciding what number it was(why that was such a big decision?), they would appear on the door and change as I thought of a different number. Then once I settled on 220 I went downstairs. I went outside and decided I'd rather see an old girlfriend. Sure enough she was outside. But as I walked up to her she started changing slightly, becoming heavier and less attractive. This dissappointed me (It's my dream...I wanted my dream girl haha). I soon lost lucidity.
The next one started as a very intense fantasy-like dream. I was standing ontop a high mountain, overlooking the most beautiful city made of stone. It looked like something that would have been in Lord of the Rings. I decided it was too unreal, did a RC...and became lucid. It was extremely beautiful. I just stared at the colorful sky as the sun was setting over the city and ocean beside it. I decided I NEEDED to go explore this amazing place. There were people riding horses all over the place. I arrive to the beach and noticed a group passing a soccer ball. Soccer being one of my favorite sports, I couldn't wait to try my "lucid" legs out. I think b/c I had read that it can be difficult to run while lucid, I found it more challenging then I imagined. As I was fumbling w/ my feet and the ball I remember thinking how limiting it was for me to read about other ppl's limitations in THEIR dreams...and how I shouldn't let other ppl's limits effect me. Almost instantly I became very good at controlling the ball. A dog was trying to get it from me and I ran around it in circles and wow'd my audience w/ my precision and accuracy in my abilities to keep the ball juggling w/ my feet. I then kicked the ball to them to continue on. I ended up meeting a whole bunch of my family...but soon lost lucidness and it became a weird dream that was almost nightmare-ish.
My last lucid experience that I can remember, I was sitting on a bed in some random place. I knew something didn't feel right. Did RC and became lucid. I was talking to only one girl on the bed but decided I wanted a whole bunch of my girl friends there. So as I slowly turned my head, more and more of my female friends were in the bedroom with me. I decided that the bedroom was MY bedroom in MY dream home. So I left the ladies to explore my house. There was slate everywhere(after all...I was a tile setter for 5 years). I went to the kitchen and was very surprised to see how high the table and counters were...after all I am only 5'8. But I was stoked on how HUGE the place was. Unfortunately I was then woke up by my alarm. : (
