Day events: Extensively played the same video game with a friend, later that day I went to a friends birthday party.

Title: Zombie Hotel

I am in a hotel with a large group of survivors from a zombie apocalypse. The name of the hotel I can not determine. I am the leader of the group. I know that the zombies have a higher degree of intelligence, being able work together and think out mild problem solving, even communicate. After inspecting the hotel, the group heads down to the basement to repair a pair of large generators. A few minutes later some one noticed a odd looking mouse in front of a sewer intake covered by a metal grate. The same man calls out "Spy!" and I dart for the mouse, pulling out a .22 pistol. The mouse was indeed, working with the zombies as a spy of some sort. I spend a few minutes trying to shoo the mouse, as he ran back into the sewer and started jumping back and forth, almost toying with me. Through my distraction, I draw most of the fighting men over to me from curiosity, causing five of the groups children to be captured by the zombies.

To me, it seems as though you have a hard time deciding on what's more important (the mouse vs. the group's safety). The mouse appears to be a distraction so that the zombies can attack without the threat of being killed. Are you easily distracted by things when awake? Though the mouse was on the side of the zombies, it's just a small factor and should have been overlooked, especially since paying attention to it got children attacked. It's possible that you pay too much attention to small details instead of the larger picture... I mean, that's not always bad, but it's not always good either.

Hmm..... It might be that your Insecurities are projected through the zombies. You being the leader, they are whats trying to hurt your group. Since the children got captured because you were to busy with the mouse, you perhaps have a hard time concentrating on the bigger picture, maybe?
