Very Familiar dream signs not working???

ok, so ive had a couple of dream signs that have been working for me for years.. the two main ones are.. using a toilet in my dream..but then still needing to go and continuously trying to find another toilet, the second is dreams about my teeth falling out, recently ive been having dreams with this happening. and ive not realised its a dream when normally i know straight away... why is this happening??

You are most less aware in your dreams than normal. Try to think about your dream signs more throughout the day. Remind yourself of what they are and to do a reality check if one occurs.
