I have the same problems. I never notice anything weird or bizarre no matter how obvious. Like a night ago I dreamt of my brother, only to wake up and realize I don't have a brother >.> |

Okay, so I was trying to go into a lucid dream last night (I've been able to recall at least one dream a night since I was little) and I thought that I didn't manage to get to sleep/remember my dreams last night. So I was just reviewing dream signs and stuff to prepare for tonight, and I saw the light switch failure part. Then it flashed through my mind. I did have a dream, the entire dream was about me trying to fix my light bulb! At first, I thought that I had just gotten up in the middle of the night. But what actually happened was I had a false awakening! I dreamed that I needed to go to the washroom, but the light wouldn't turn on, so I decided to crawl into the circuitry to fix it. Ugh... I wish I had been paying more attention. I'm so mad at myself. If only I had noticed. |

Lolwut.
Same here... I almost always miss them even if they are really strange (possibly because I had only passive LDs... Not sure about this) |

Current goals: (long list!) [x] = completed [ ] = under testing / not completed
[ ] Have a Long and Vivid Lucid Dream, [ ] Transform into a dolphin / mermaid, [ ] Swim in the ocean / explore it, [ ] Try out magic, [x] Fly with my own wings, [ ] Travel to another planet, [ ] Explore space (planets, star clusters, galaxies, black holes), [ ] Meet my DG, [ ] Visit an expensive hotel, [ ] Visit older dreamscapes, [ ] Explore random dreamworlds (just enjoy and explore the dreamscape)
You guys don't even know. I go to school, it looks all different- don't even notice. I dreamed about a project I did- and the project in the dream looked all different. I questioned it at first, but then reassured myself thats the way it usually is. |

Lol! It happens to the best of us. Sometimes I even tell myself that I'll dream about whatever happened in the dream while in the dream. Makes no sense beating yourself up for it just laugh it off and try again. |

"A dream is like a pen; it gives you a chance to ponder, draft, sketch, scribble, spark, draw a conclusion and make your mark."
This happens to me a lot. Sometimes I realize I'm dreaming and try to control the dream (usually by trying to do magic tricks, or running around to different dream characters and insulting them because I can get away with it--but the DCs usually end up getting angry at me, and then I feel bad), and other times I just go with it. |

Just last night I had two obvious signs as well! |
|
Who crawls into the circuitry lol |
|
Last night I locked a sliding door and it still opened. I did not become lucid. |

LOL at these stories.. I had an aggravating one last night too. I was riding in my friend's car and we were talking about dreaming. I SAID TO MY FRIEND: "I must be dreaming right now, my perspective is all wrong." Because instead of seeing the world from inside the car at 3-4 feet in the air, it was like I was just floating along about 2 inches off the road. Even after saying it, I didn't become lucid, I just kept going along with the dream. *facepalm* |

One awhile back: |

Thats Awesome Markie, Lol, |

Guys, this happens to all of us, I failed a reality check, the nose plug one in a dream and didn't even question anything else about it, i was frustrated for a bit, then realized if i was mad about it. That'd do nothing but hinder my success, just remember to stay aware and don't get mad about anything, all experience is good experience. |
|
i have missed so many dream signs that it makes no sense to me. and then i will become lucid for the strangest reasons but i do it enough that it keeps my trying |
|
Just had another... |
|
Someone TOLD me to do an RC in my dream and did it in front of me. I didn't. |
