Well supposedly apple juice and peanut butter both help in vividness so these could help something stand out to you and you may have a better shot of remembering it in the morning. Also, you could try to set an alarm to catch you just coming out of an REM cycle so this would be roughly four and a half, six, seven and a half, or nine hours after you fall asleep. I've also read some people say even if you can't remember any details of your dream, write down this fact in your dream journal because it'll get you into the habit of really wanting to remember them and have something to write down. |
