      Where's my recall???

Ok, so I started with bad recall....maybe 1 a week. Then I got it about 1 a day, and then, I doubled that so I could usually remember 2 dreams a night.
Lately, (Maybe im in a dryspell, I dont know) I can remember 0 (thats ZERO) dreams per night. How am I supposed to get it back up? I can't write in my DJ because I don't remember anything. I have been using the actor's technique to try and get out of my dryspell, and I am really confident, but that doesn't change my dream recall...
      Its really pissing me off....
      Any help?

Well supposedly apple juice and peanut butter both help in vividness so these could help something stand out to you and you may have a better shot of remembering it in the morning. Also, you could try to set an alarm to catch you just coming out of an REM cycle so this would be roughly four and a half, six, seven and a half, or nine hours after you fall asleep. I've also read some people say even if you can't remember any details of your dream, write down this fact in your dream journal because it'll get you into the habit of really wanting to remember them and have something to write down.

Apple juice doesn't work for me, but I'll try the rest. Thanks

Remember everything that you did during the day backwards (in fast-rewind mode) as you are falling asleep. Always works.

When you wake up, don't get up right away. Stay in bed, motionless with your eyes closed. Your last dream should coma back to you within a minute or two.

You can also reread your dreams before you go to bed and picture them as you fall asleep.
I was so much older then, I'm younger then that now.
