When writing out my DJ in the morning, I've decided to start writing down the part of a dream (non-lucid ones) I'd consider to be the "most lucid moment". Thus I avoid the frustrating - and confidence knocking - dichotomy of: Either I realised it was a dream or I didn't. (If you didn't become lucid the dream feels like a "failure" and if you did become lucid then the dream was a "success".) Trouble is, how do I decide which part is the most lucid moment? Would it be the part where I had best recall? The part where I stopped to think, "Hmm, something's not right here and I'm sure I'm supposed to remember something", or the part of the dream where some lucid dreaming content was featured (such as going to bed)? |
