Dead pet = dream sign!

Hi all, So i have had 2 decent LDs so far. Mainly I set my intention when i go to sleep and mantra as long as i can before i fall to sleep. Then wbtb and DILD. I havent gotten much consistancy but each time i had a LD was when my recently dead dog is in my dream. once i see her i instantly gain lucidity. My problem is getting her in my dreams more. Any strategy you guys use for keeping a particular dream sign in your dreams? I know this may be kind of morbid but i think its cool i get to see her again and she is my dream sign now. oh, and RIP Loba

Have you tried thinking about her before falling asleep? Maybe remembering some time you spent with her. I also often see my old dogs in dreams, and it seems like they help me toward lucidity.

Try incubating a lucid dream. You basically repeatedly play a dream scenario in your head when falling asleep, and if you are successful, the scenario will play out to an extent in your actual dreams. I think its called the VILD method if you want to look it up.
