      Trouble Recalling Dreams

Lately I have had trouble recalling my dreams. I can only remember one thing from them. Usually when I recall it I notice that the dream is so ordinary that I do not feel it is significant enough. I think I should still write it down.

When I recall it I im not getting that "AHA" feeling. This is what i was dreaming about. It feels more like "oh, yeah, that was what i was dreaming about".

Could this be because I might be distracted from my intent before i go to sleep and im focused on other things. Lately ive been busy with school work and I notice that i am less excited for accomplishing a recall or lucid dream. I think this is in part responsible.

It feels like a cyclic pattern. When i start to forget my dreams the next night I start to focus more on recalling and then I am able to recall better. Its up and down for recall.

      Any similar experience?

I suspect that one of my barriers is that I am not placing enough importance on the fundamentals. I need to work on it constantly regardless of the results.

ya...i get the same thing...i think...kinda hard to understand quite what you're talking about (i am pretty tired tho)...jus like when you wake up and yer dream you kinda remember but it was pretty uninteresting so you forget it...sucks eh? but really we should try to remember all our dreams, cause remembering the boring ones helps out with later remembering an interesting one
