Hey guys,
My dream recall seems to have been terrible lately and I've been trying ways to improve it. I usually set an alarm to wake me up around 4-4.5 hours after falling asleep, but I find that when I do wake up I just don't feel like writing my dream down. On many occasions I just seem to look at my alarm clock and then fall back to sleep. I've also realised that the dreams I do remember have been very short and boring.
I seem to always have a problem when it comes to waking up a certain time after sleeping. Any tips or advice on overcoming this?
