I really dun understand this question... will naps help u recall the dreams during the nap? or during ur actual night sleep?

& i actually believe this one varies from individual 2 individual, i do know that i have more dreams during naps & am able 2 respond/recall them more than my actual nights.

The more sleep you get overall, the more you should dream, so I would venture to say that yes, it should help.

it definitely helps. Get a good 2 hours for a nap and your recall will greatly improve.

Yes, it definitely helps me...the only drawback i had was that it took me longer to get off to sleep at night...

The other day, I napped for almost five hours, then slept for eleven, and I went lucid after about two dreams into the latter period of sleep. Definitely.

Midday naps always are my best way to get easely lucid!
first i meditate and practise lucid living then focus at getting a ld and then nap.

I don't know if it helps recalling the dreams you've had in the night... It could.

For me afternoon naps are always full of dreams that I also recall every time, especially when I sleep on the couch. So maybe afternoon naps would be ideal for lucid dreaming... But then again you have no desire to have afternoon naps if you've had enough sleep in the night.

I use to nap all the time at my last job for about 30 min a day during lunch break (hey I had nothing better to do) and I always went lucid because I wanted to listen to everything going on at work, in case I was needed, and rest at the sametime. I think its a great way to learn to be lucid as long as you can wake up to your watch alarm

As for helping at night, I couldn't say as I've never had to learn from scratch. but good luck and good dreams
