New technique to help to remember to do RC

      https://www.sciencedaily.com/release...0802115627.htm

According to this article we can improve our prospective memory by reenacting, as vividly as possible, the thing we want to remember to do. It says:

"The next time you would like to remember to [insert action]..., ...recreate the action you would like to remember, pretending that you are actually doing it, in as much vivid detail as possible."

What I'm thinking is that you take reenact dream scenarios which have your most common dream sign in it, and acting as though you were to become lucid. Recreate the scenario as ac actor would a scene in a movie. This way you would probably increase your chances of remembering to preform a RC and thus become lucid.

I figure this must be really good for lucid dreaming. It seems like it would be a better technique than visualizing yourself becoming lucid.

I'll try to do it once a day with some common dream scenarios and dream signs. You try aswell and let me know how it works!
