I don't have any way of knowing the time when I wake up, I find it easier to go back to sleep if I don't start thinking about time issues. I first found Dream Views over a month ago and my recall didn't get above 1 dream per night until after about 2 weeks of trying.

BTW the reason why I didn't join until a few days ago is due to problems with my E-mail adress and stuff.

      I have a small problem.

I have been working on my dream recall for a while noe, but I can't seem to remember dreams for sure. Like yesterday I remembered two dreams, but today I couldn't remember one. Is there some reason why. I think it might have to do with the Christmas anticipation. Also, on a side note, ever since I started to try and achieve LDs I've been waking up around 4:00-4:30 everymorning. What's up with that?

Well, its common when you first start to not remember dreams every single night. I started on Nov. 25 And I still don't remember dreams every night. Just keep motivated and keep trying, Its no big deal. Just keep trying to tell yourself to remember your dreams when you wake up as you go to sleep.

Funny thing, Same with me, I'll wake up between 1-4 am too. BUT as you go on, if you keep it up, you'll cherish the ability(Makes it easier to do WBTB or WILDing). Unless you find it hard to go to sleep again. Advice: When you wake up in the middle of the Night, try not to go back to sleep. Instead, try to remember some dreams, at least until you get the hang of it.

      Good Luck!

Good Idea, next time I'll just lay in bed trying to remember.

I started a DJ and often just set my alarm in the middle of the night for better DR. Now I usually have 1 DR each night. I used to have like 0.01

Just keep trying! DJ really works ^____^
