Hey, guys. This is my first post. |

I have noticed the same thing, btowntkd. My sleeping position has everything to do with the kind of dreams I have, if I can recall them, or if I have an LD. If I sleep on my back, I am usually a bit uncomfortable, and tend to fall asleep very slowly....As if I sleep on my stomach, I am so comfy that I usually fall asleep right away. So, I agree with you...Position (for me) affects everything. |

Yeah but what effects does ''uncomfortable'' or ''comfortable'' sleeping positions have for you in DREAMS / dream recall? |

I find that if I lucid dream/OBE/do anything, it happens most effectively when I lay flat on my back. |

I would have to agree. The back is the best position for dream recall. About 90% of the time I wake up from a dream on my back. |
