Oddly enough, I never had this problem. The only advice I can give you is to just focus on that thought when it happens and don't get distracted. I know making an effort to focus on it has helped other people. You can try reality checks, WILDs, or whatever method you want to induce lucidity, but whatever method you use you're eventually going to have to make that realization that you're dreaming. There isn't really an easy way around it heh, sorry. |
